They pumped my septic tank within a half hour from when I called and although we had an incident with the driver damaging my gate as he was exiting my home, his managers showed up within an hour and made sure that our fence was going to be taken care of. They sent me a welder to come fix my fence the very next day. all very friendly and we were surprised as to how quickly the company responded. Thanks for your service A-American Septic.

Having moved into a home with a septic tank, we didn't know what to do, but when I called Rita at Paradise Septic, I felt so much calmer. From scheduling which was quick and painless, to all of my questions which were numerous, I always felt listened to and taken care of. On the day of, Jerry showed up on time and was the ultimate professional, not only answering all my questions (trust me people, I had a lot of them) but also helped us with some plans we have moving forward with the system. We appreciated everything they did for us and had a great experience.

We are new home owners and didn't know where to start when committing to a plumber . We are always afraid of getting ripped off when going to companies for work, but Anthony's plumbing was far from ripping us off. Mark provided us with so much knowledge about the plumbing in our 1950s home, and went above and beyond to fix the problem so we would not have to spend thousands to fix the issue. He was polite and very personable. Anytime we have a plumbing issue we will defiantly be calling Anthony's plumbing again, and Mark will be our go to guy!

What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. BEWARE - They hire UNLICENSED contractors to do their work. Our home warranty company, 2-10 sent Belsito plumbing out to check on a slab leak we had. They sent Charles, who was nice, and Charles brought his manager Shane Prince. Shane completed a lot of work but never finished, took off with our money, and wasn't licensed. He did all this work on the side, but wearing Belsito Plumbing uniforms (him and Charles). Belsito fired him a few months ago, but that doesn't make up for the fact that they were okay having someone do these jobs that's NOT LICENSED! Turns out his licenses have been revoked for years. Just be cautious on who you let do your work. In AZ, anything done over $1,000 in your house requires a license. Hope this helps someone avoid the expensive mistake we made working with this guy and this company.

This is a very good plumber. If you are on the North side of Mesa, call these guys. I had Arthur and crew here on a same day service call and did a fantastic job! The attention to detail, cleanliness and response time is always impressive, We have used them for both our residential an commercial pumping in Arizona. Irate 5 stars because rotorazer was awesome my sinks backed up on a Sunday and Casey called me right away and he told me exactly when he was going to be here and he was here right on time he offered me to come over later in the evening because he had some jobs during the day and I said that was great so he came over and he was totally knowledgeable of the situation hero told out the Trap and got my drains running perfectly he was very knowledgeable about how old the house was and the situation the Trap was in told me what I could do on my four other options for me to call that call rotovac and if I want to get the hydro thing done so all in all it was an awesome awesome experience Casey was very very pleasant personable efficient and professional he deserves 5 stars and you are lucky to have an employee such as him thankthank you Edwin Archer

All bad things happen on Friday night, especially if it involves plumbing. Previously, I called a different company to provide service for my plumbing concerns. That company did not work out, but I was able to contact Option 1 plumbing on Sunday and they sent Andrew to help me on Monday morning. After I explained that I had previously paid for a video of my pipes. We couldn't really determine what was going on in the first video. Andrew offered to have a look as a courtesy.Andrew showed me where the clog occurred and walked me through the video. He also showed me what needed to be done in order to solve the cracked clay pipe that had actually collapsed. Whoever rehabbed my property put in the clean outs incorrectly and they poured concrete on top of the pipe, which ended up collapsing.After diagnosing the problem, Andrew and his team came on Tuesday morning. They dug a trench and replaced the pipe before lunch. During the process, Andrew continued to send me text message updates while I was in the house. I did step outside just to see what was going on, but he continued to text me throughout the job and kept me inform of the progress.I'm happy to report that we are flushing and flowing! Thanks Andrew for your courtesy, promptness, and thorough investigation.

Overall, I will continue to call them. I did not get the name of the technician yesterday but the previous three have all been very good with Customers. Yesterday's was a bit more condescending than I prefer.Also, they want payment up front, not just for materials but all labor to do the work/install. This can be disconcerting if not frustrating if you are not prepared.
