George Brazil was very responsive and was able to send a technician to assist very quickly. Scott Pazdon was the technician assigned and he did a great job resolving my electrical issues. Scott was extremely knowledgeable and quick to identify the problem and make corrections. I would highly recommend George Brazil and Scott specifically for any future electrical needs. I also really liked that technician profile was shared in advance and I could track his arrival.

The initial service was to get my water heater going when we discovered no hot water. Scheduled it’s replacement the next week. They were very flexible with our schedule to get the installation completed. Our technician, Ergon, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and equipped to finish the installation in a timely manner. Very impressed with this service.

When my 22 year old electric water heater started to fail I started calling around to get quotes. I wanted to switch over to gas, we already had a line for it, but after speaking w several different companies I learned it might not be an easy swap. Scott’s quoted me the best price but let me know for an exact price they would have to come out to see what needed to be done to bring it to code. Although I had a bit of sticker shock I knew that any other company would end up being higher as well after they came and assessed what needed to be done.

The next day Jose came to do the install and went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he install a beautiful new unit, he went beyond by reattaching my dryer hose that was previously detached and trapped behind the old water heater. I now have a pedestal so the dryer hose runs under and don’t need to worry about it becoming detached again.
