Best Waste Disposal in Phoenix AZ

This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

I had another company come to snake my drain because the toilets and tubs were backed up. They charged me $245 and said I'd need another procedure that would cost $600. Two weeks later, the toilets and tubs were backed up.

I called Hero Home Services. Joel came out and ran a snake through the drain. But, instead of calling it a job done, he called Jose in to send a camera down to see what the problem was. There was minimal grease build up (so the other companies $600 procedure would have been unnecessary.) But, the main sewer line sagged. I called the city of Goodyear and Jose talked to them.

Joel and Jose were joined by Alex (the manager) who all talked to the Goodyear workers. I pressed Jose for an estimate on how much the repairs would cost. I promised I would not hold him to the amount. I went in and sank into a depression wondering where I would get the enormous amount of money that it might cost. After some discussion, Jose, Alex and the city of Goodyear agreed it was a city problem and Goodyear would take care of the repair costs.

Hero Home Services went so far beyond what I expected that it's jaw-dropping. I cannot say enough good things about them or how much I appreciate them handling the city workers. They stayed for over 2 hours getting everything settled. Joel, Jose and Alex didn't do just what I asked, but they identified the problem and they found a resolution. They did all this work for $59.

I highly recommend this company!! I was in a pinch and needed someone out same day to pump a full tank. Sierra called the tech and was able to squeeze me in same day. Thank goodness! Sierra has been absolutely fantastic to work with!!! She's super responsive, answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. She provided me with helpful updates on when the tech was going to be out. She's definitely a high quality employee. THEY WILL EMPTY YOUR WALLET BUT NOT YOUR SEPTIC - I had Ajax out to pump my septic. They drained all the liquid in the tank and charged me $700. When I looked in the tank after the driver had left, there was a HUGE mass still in the tank. It was directly below the inlet. When I called, the woman in the office said it was my fault for not having a large enough opening. This would make sense if the mass was in the corner, but it was easily accessible by the pump operator. I feel like this is their MO because the lady got really nasty when I suggested that they didn't complete the job. They refused to come out and finish the job or provide any sort of refund :(

Receptionist was friendly and professional. Someone was here within a few hours and resolved our issue with our septic tank right away at a reasonable price. Someone else had come earlier and gave us a huge estimate saying they had to do a lot of things that, obviously, were not necessary.
Very happy with their service. Will definitely call them back!

Sophie was very pleasant on the phone. Quoted fix cost plus variable depending on time spent digging. I was not able to be at home for the work, so I asked my eldery parents ( father is 89) to meet them. They showed up late and spent two hours on site. About half the time was spent digging the rest setting -up, pumping the sewer and cleaning up. To my surpize they made my parrents pay 2 hours digging time. They billed the entire time! How predatory, praying on seniors and taking advantage of them. I tried to address this with Sophie several time, She kept applogizing but no action. Said owner will call, they never did. Say away unless you want a bait and switch! Dishonest operators!
