This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

Find another company to work with. Absolutely terrible service. Not only are their services terrible, but they do not stand behind their work. Replaced a shower cartridge with them, it failed in 3 months. Called me back to say they will charge me the same amount to do the same repair? Sorry guys, if I take my vehicle in for a repair, and the repair fails is short amount of time, you guys should stand up behind your work. They didnt. I will never use this company again, stay clear and work with better companies out there.

Jodie did a fabulous job for me. I would highly recommend this company and Jodie in particular. I had a septic problem and a vent problem on my roof. Called them first thing on a Monday morning, they told me they were busy from the weekend but she would try to get someone available. She called me thirty minutes later and told me Kevin would get there. Kevin showed up at eleven. It was very pleasant to have someone prioritize my emergency, most places would have just put me on a waiting list. Kevin was very knowledgeable and fast. Would definitely use them again. Definitely a five star experience.

After callimg 2 companiea that could not help with an emergency, I called Septic Technologies. The lady on the phone asked a lot of questions to ensure we got the best service, then had someone out within the hour. Gilbert was our tech and he was amazing. had back up in system for last 2 weeks, had plumbers out twice, redid all pipes under home, still backed up; called Priority, spoke to Lauren, Priority had tech out in 2 hours.
