Best Special Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

They pumped my septic tank within a half hour from when I called and although we had an incident with the driver damaging my gate as he was exiting my home, his managers showed up within an hour and made sure that our fence was going to be taken care of. They sent me a welder to come fix my fence the very next day. all very friendly and we were surprised as to how quickly the company responded. Thanks for your service A-American Septic.

Jake was trained for 3 months by the best at Cave Creek Septic. I guess everyone needs to start and learn somewhere.

Definitely recommend Cave Creek Septic! From the first initial call Ed was very helpful by ensuring me its a job that they can handle as well as asking me questions to figure out what was going on. He made me feel like I was in the right hands! When Kurtis and Mike came out they answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it! As a home owner Cave Creek Septic did everything I can ask to make me feel at ease during this hard time! I thought I needed a new septic system but really it was just a simple clogg in my line (glad i didn’t get take advantage of) Thank you guys!

I am new to the area of mesa az . Septic technologies inc is Old school hard working know your business kind of people! I've dealt with many septic companies over the years. I won't call anyone else after using them on this last project. I can't give enough positive accolades about this company. It started with the 1st phone call Is with Kailee To schedule a septic tank evacuation for a client. Kailees Knowledge base was impressive by itself. Cordial polite and very professional. When can you actually call A company and the 1st person that answers the phone not only knows the business but knows it very very well! I could go On just about Kailee herself. Now let's get into Gilbert and Jacob who came out to perform the work. Two very respectful, thoughtful, hard working and Is driven young men. They followed another company that was just out a month before that Did a horrible job. Gilbert and Jacob went the extra mile to Make sure the tank was cleared as it should be. If that was it I would have still appreciated their hard work. As Paul Harvey would say, here's the rest of the story. We had a very unique problem That called for the true extra mile. They attempted to snake the The leech line coming out of the septic tank. When they weren't able to get The snake to go into the line they literally dug all the way to the line. This was in the most difficult of circumstances. They were actually working on a septic tank that was covered by a concrete patio. At no point did they get discouraged. They worked as hard as one could for 5 hours. Not for a second did they think they could just pawn off the problem Because it wasn't in there exact scope. They had a great attitude the entire time no matter how difficit was.. I've been in the Is construction business for almost Is 40 years now. From Front office 2 to field work, Septic technologies is an old school company. Customer service, professionalism, respectfulness and Expertise is what this company is all about.

So impressed with the service. When my hot water heater stopped working, they were able to send someone out to my home within hours. The technician who arrived was polite and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the repair process to me in a way that I could easily understand. He also took the time to answer all of my questions and provided me with some helpful tips for maintaining my hot water heater in the future.
Blue plumbers are highly recommended.

We had a major back-up, and had to have lines replaced to the kitchen sink and 2 bathrooms. Adam and Ruben were excellent! They answered my multiple questions, cleaned up as they went, and went the extra mile to not have to go through a second bathroom floor. Adam is moving, got a new job out of state, so I am sure the company will miss him. He and Ruben were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Had two bathroom sink drains clogged. Not the first time it's happened but it's been a tough project for plumbers in the past. I was looking for a drain cleaner specifically and came across great reviews for Universal Drain Cleaners. Eddy was able to come out the next day and was done with the job in about 10 minutes. He explained why the clogging is happening and what we could do to help prevent it from happening again. I was very impressed with his experience and knowledge. Plus he's just a nice guy. I will definitely use him again should I have drain issues. He also gave me a name of a plumber that he's worked with.
