Jake is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He treats every property like his own. For any of you septic needs he always makes sure the area is looking better then when the first dig was made. If you know septic work it’s hard to find contractors that take pride in their work. Highly recommend Black Mountain Septic Services in the Phoenix area.

I booked with them and waited all week for an appointment. I called them on the day of the appointment asking when they would be here. They called me at noon to let me know they can’t come, offering to refer me to someone else. Absolutely unacceptable to cancel on the day, after the stated appointment time, after waiting all week for this appointment. They obviously have too much work to care. I could have had the issue fixed if I had gone with someone else.

Would highly recommend Plomero. They were very professional and had excellent communication through the entire process. Even calling me 30 min prior to arrival and texting with GPS tracking of the technician. Armando was friendly and professional as well, completing the job quickly. Their rate was the lowest of 3 quotes I got. Will be using them in the future.

I own an apartment complex In downtown Phoenix. Hero home services are my go to guys! I have used their services over a half dozen times.

I have had different plumbers from Hero and they've all done a great job. One plumber who I've had numerous times is named John and he's fabulous.

Their prices are great! Their Service is great!

The two low star ratings on Yelp are from people that needed extensive plumbing repairs. Come on people....Don't shoot the messenger! I hate a big plumbing bill just the same as the next guy. (do you give a bad rating to your mechanic when you have to pay a lot to replace your transmission?). These guys charge appropriately for their time.

Also please note: They don't fix drywall, wood, etc. they are plumbers after all! You need to hire separate contractors to repair any damage done by plumbing problems, or any reconstruction needed due to accessing pipes. This is just standard practice! Anyone who thinks otherwise is just ignorant.

We’ve hired Clint several times now for a few issues that popped up in our home. He has consistently provided exceptional service and I have 100% confidence in his repairs. I've had more than a couple different plumbers out to my 50 year old house over the years and Pepe Munoz is by far the best I've seen. Curtious, quick, knowledgeable, and excellent at what he does. Going a cheaper route may be an option, but if you want to know that you had stellar work done with excellent customer service I can't recommend him enough. Thank you!

Called and emailed several times to get a quote for my septic system to get fixed. Followed up 4 times and they never got back to me. Sad that the basics of getting back to customers is not followed. Everyone is busy and has lots of work but these companies won't survive when they are competing for customers again. Don't waste your time and steer clear.

Patrick consistently does a superb job with anything we throw at him - whether it's a commercial water heater, water hammer, clogged dirty line, new faucet, etc, etc. Very personable and likeable - he's a terrific representative for Valleywide Plumbing!

NuFlow relined the pipes in a 50 year old bathhouse, three showers each men's and women's, bathroom stalls, sinks and urinals. All went as planned and it appears that we now have extended the useful life of these bathrooms and showers for AT LEAST the next ten years and possibly much longer. Prior to using NuFlow I did seek out references and they were glowing. The cost of re-lining the sewer pipes is a fraction of a tear down and re-build of the bathhouses. I only wish we had their service ten years earlier when we paid almost $200,000 to re-build another similar structure.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

I own a 1940’s home in downtown Phoenix, and ran into some serious plumbing issues in our kitchen. My wife and I started going crazy scheduling estimates, and met with over 10 different plumbing companies. As someone who has worked in the trades, I knew what type of company I was looking for and Rooter Ranger checked every one of my boxes. Kind and caring, clear communication, quality work, good warranties, and...of course...good financing options. They didn’t offer the lowest price, but that’s not what I was looking for!! I was looking for a company I could trust and people with character. Micky and Jared made us feel confident immediately, and didn’t let us down through the process. Would couldn’t be happier with our decision.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

There areno plumbers, only plumbing techs! They quoted me and I paid almost $8,000.00 for them to dig and replace my 1945 sewer line that was clogged. Instead they jack hammered in my bedroom and attached the sewer line to my tenants, who now has sewage in her apartment. They do not answer the phone 24/7. I have requested that the owner Tim call me from the beginning on 10/22/14, he has yet to call. I truly feel that because I am a female, when I was told they were affiliated with DryLux, to dry the mess and Hyperbuilt Construction Services that fixes the damages, I knew I was being took. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

David gave wonderful service and explained several options for us to consider and pros and cons of all. Purchased softwater system and larger hot water heater. Super good clean up and fantastic service and explanations. Office staff we're wonderful in communication about doing the job. Responded same day and did quote and all service in the same day. I had Priority pump two septic tanks at my place today. Keith Hargis arrived and within 2 hours had located, excavated and pumped both ranks. He was very pleasant and personable and a pleasure to talk with. This is the first time Prioriyh has been here and I can say they will definately be back in the future.
