He helped me with things I didn't know and the process of everything. I was always updated on the progress of things. The actual installation seemed easy for them and even had a few other contractors compliment the system before it got backfilled. If I ever build another house, A-American can be sure to expect my call again!

Jake is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He treats every property like his own. I gave Anthony’s Plumbing a call and Brandon arrived within the hour to check out a busted water heater. Not only did he give me the best options for a replacement, he was able to install a new unit after one business day. He also referred me to a restoration company to address the water damage and they were very quick to get a quote for repairs. Overall, I give my experience a 10/10 and highly recommend using this company. Brandon is very knowledgeable and was even kind enough to build my kids a fort out of the box the water heater came in!!

Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

Thought I had a plugged drain but it was a full septic tank. I called 4 or 5 places to get it pumped out but everyone was telling me that it would be next week before they can get to it. I called Septic Medic and was told the same thing. When I told the lady on the phone that it was full and can't drain, she put me on hold. After a few minutes on hold, she said that she would have someone heading my way in a few minutes. It was 4:00 pm when I called and he was here in about 30 minutes. I already had the small service port on the tank exposed but the driver (Kyle) said it would be better if he could get in through the larger port to make sure he can get all of the waste out. He dug with a shovel until he found it, then chipped away at concrete that was poured on top of the tank until the sun was almost gone. He could have just taken the easy way out and used the port that I had already opened (I wouldn't have known the difference), but he wanted to do the job right. Septic Medic went above and beyond to take care of me today. They did not charge for emergency service, but I would have gladly paid it. These people care about their business and reputation. I will always use and recommend them. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP TODAY!!

We called them on a Friday afternoon they were there in 30 min found the issue was whole house drain. Mike was real good to explain what needed to be done and has worked with our house ins. to get them to help pay some on it. Other wise we could have not afforded it. They started on the big project Saturday morning . Pablo and the other guys worked so good together was polite and they covered the floor and hung plastic to keep the dust down .They had the whole job complete by Tuesday and did a excellent job. Never seen a better group of guys to work with. They also always cleaned there mess up every day. They made a bad situation a lot better Thank you guys you rock. May God bless you all

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! A quality plumber will be one less thing you will have to worry about.

I was very satisfied with the service and Lupe was very professional and polite. I was very satisfied on how he repaired our faucet and was very great at communicating what he was doing and was honest on the cost and everything. I would highly recommend this responsible and friendly company which helped me out when I had problems with the delivery and installation of a new cooker following an altercation with a well-know store. They came on time, left no mess, did the job and even phoned the manufacturer on my behalf when they discovered a missing part. Chloe at the end of the phone was so friendly, understanding and calming. I would most certainly use this company again.

We've used Mr. Rooter numerous times in the past & they have always been courteous & prompt, making any necessary repairs (or draining the H20 water heater) quickly. My only slightly negative comment to this day is that if they make any holes in your drywall necessary for the repair work, do not expect them to repair it - that's not part of their techs' repertoire.
