I first called George Brazil to repair an emergency main drain line stoppage. The technician, Michael, was polite, knowledgeable and transparent through the entire process and we had no issues with his work.The next month, we had a routine complimentary inspection which resulted in a few valves that needed to be replaced. That work was done by a different technician. He also noticed that we need a new water softener but I told him that we would need some time to think about. George Brazil called me the very next day, not even after 24 hours, to ask about scheduling the water softener installation. We had already spent a lot of money with them, so the pressure put us in an uncomfortable spot and we declined without much thought.A couple days later, we used our dishwasher and noticed there was a leak which didn’t exist until after the technician did work under our sink, where the dishwasher line is. The dishwasher line was broken and leaking. When I called back to let George Brazil know, they sent the same technician and he tried to tell me there was no possible way he caused the line to break. I’m not naming him because I’m not sure if it’s his fault or rather the company pressuring him to fight against fixing this new issue. I rhetorically asked if it was a coincidence and he said “Yes”. He reluctantly fixed the issue for no extra charge but it was a very uncomfortable situation, because the technician kept trying to show me why it wasn’t his fault even after agreeing to fix the issue.I had another recent plumbing issue, I decided not to use George Brazil and I ended up with a very pleasant experience. A similar issue came up, where the technician first repaired a leak and then another leak sprung a few days later. Rather than fight it, the technician of this company explained what could have caused it and fixed the issue for no extra charge and with no argument whatsoever.It’s disappointing because we had such a good experience with George Brazil for our drain issue, which is why I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1.

They do not provide windows on when they will be there. I literally waited around 3 days, unable to do anything. Then, they arrive and this is the quality of the work. You decide yourself what you think and if you want to spend $500 for this ridiculousness. Then, they text wanting me to rate them and if Id refer them. I gave a 0. One would think they'd reach out to speak to me, but nope. Guess that it is just an illusion that they actually care about their quality of service or craftsmanship.Just found out they installed the outlets lower than code allows. So, they have no idea what the heck they are doing and cannot provide professional sound advise to customers. You decide if you trust them to consult you.I called to speak with someone and they will only take messages, that was Friday, still no contact from this company.Update: The work was corrected.

Most small wiring I can handle confidently but a 220 I felt I should leave to a professional with all the equipment. I've worked in enough new house builds to spot shoddy work. I was really happy with the finished product. The tech (Chase) they sent out was very professional, and quick. I would recommend this company's services.
