I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

Technician showed up to clean the grease trap of our restaurant and pump 2min, then said His PUMP WAS BROKEN AND COULDNT PUMP ANY MORE,

YOU COMPANYBWAS PAID IN ADVANCE AND I STILL HAVE A GREASE TRAP ALL FULL AND HAVE TO PAY SOMEBODY ELSE TO CLEAN IT, WHAT KIND OF SERVICE WAS THAT.

We had a water emergency in our Phoenix home and Chris G. was immediately available (on a Sunday). He quickly identified the problem and offered 2 solution options. The next day Chris G. and Matt H. were back and they completely resolved the plumbing issue. Plus, they were respectful to our home (wearing booties and face masks). We called Clint today at 10:30 am, and he was on the job by 2 pm. On a SATURDAY. Simply amazing. We opened our brand new dog grooming salon this week and the drains started backing up and water was everywhere. I had Septic Medic to my home to fix tree roots in my leech fields. They did an excellent Job! I highly recommend them for any septic work you need done. Very efficient and reasonable. They went above and beyond by stopping out 6 months later to check to be sure it was ok. I greatly appreciated that. Also, they have smaller trucks which is very important for homes like mine that have driveways with many tight switchbacks.

Our Kitchen sink backed up, my husband called another company at 8AM and never got a call back. He call Rooter Ranger and was told that they would have someone out at 3PM. Danny came out and gave me options in a very polite professional manor. Danny also suggested that we have a camera check done of the pipe to possibly get to the root of the problem. Turns out we had a larger problem with the washing machine drain line. Long story short, Danny and Louis started to re-route the line on Sunday and by Monday afternoon had the complete job done and completely cleaned up. Both gentlemen are respectful, honest, extremely hard working and a great pleasure to deal with. We will absolutely use them again!!!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. When can you actually call A company and the 1st person that answers the phone not only knows the business but knows it very very well! I could go On just about Kailee herself. Now let's get into Gilbert and Jacob who came out to perform the work. Two very respectful, thoughtful, hard working and Is driven young men. They followed another company that was just out a month before that Did a horrible job. Gilbert and Jacob went the extra mile to Make sure the tank was cleared as it should be. If that was it I would have still appreciated their hard work. As Paul Harvey would say, here's the rest of the story. We had a very unique problem That called for the true extra mile. They attempted to snake the The leech line coming out of the septic tank. When they weren't able to get The snake to go into the line they literally dug all the way to the line. This was in the most difficult of circumstances. They were actually working on a septic tank that was covered by a concrete patio. At no point did they get discouraged. They worked as hard as one could for 5 hours. Not for a second did they think they could just pawn off the problem Because it wasn't in there exact scope. They had a great attitude the entire time no matter how difficit was.. I've been in the Is construction business for almost Is 40 years now. From Front office 2 to field work, Septic technologies is an old school company. Customer service, professionalism, respectfulness and Expertise is what this company is all about.

Devin came out to our house to do what we were prepared to be a costly repair. After a few minutes, he told us that he didn't have the right size part to replace ours, but that the existing part was easily bent back into place. He didn't even charge for the call!! I can now state that it's a wonderful COMPANY that employs fantastic PEOPLE to conduct their business!! From Jessica, who answered my calls, to the plumbers they send out to take care of my issues, every contact with this place is just awesome. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

We used Priority for septic tank pumping, repair, and adding a riser .
Our original time frame had to be changed from early am to early afternoon.
When they finally showed up, they were an hour plus late outside of the 2 hour window time frame.
Keith was the only one doing any work , as he had a new guy with him who didn’t do much at all.
Once he finally dug down to the septic tank, he found a couple of issues that needed repair along with the pumping of the tank. We had to wait another nine days with an open trench in the yard and nothing to even cover it. That is a liability on their part, seems how we have small dogs and have had other workers at our home to perform weed and pest spray. Just think if someone had small children. Seems odd that they wouldn’t tarp it or use caution tape for that open area.

I was also not happy to find out that there was all this extra money tacked on for labor, that I was never notified of or told about. I had even called the office the day before and spoke to Sophie, about exactly what the costs were and nothing was mentioned about the $300 labor charge that was tacked on to our already inflated bill. They only mentioned the riser and the repair amounts, while failing to mention the labor charges.

I will admit that Keith was knowledgeable and professional, however it doesn’t take away the negatives .

Now was quoted a price on the phone and that's exactly what I paid which I felt was a great price, but notice it's about 50 bucks cheaper listed on hear, maybe I am reading it wrong or missed something. Called numerous other companies regarding our drains backing into shower and bathtub. Many didn’t do sewer repair, several were no shows after setting appointments, some were a week out to get an appointment and a couple came charged me but didn’t know what they were doing. After a recommendation called Mr Rooter and they came out that day, diagnosed the problem and begin work the next day. All workers were courteous and polite and knew what they were doing. Although the problem was extensive they worked diligently to resolve the issue and repair the damage. Chris was especially great. He answered all our questions and concerns and made us feel like he cared. A job well done. Thanks everyone for a great job.
