Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

Cooper's was truly exceptional. We had our Septic system pumped out by another company and had received a quote for some repairs that need to be completed prior to the sale of the home. Great experience with Rooter Ranger! Our kitchen sink was not draining like normal and we decided to call a plumber. The communication from the beginning to end with them was excellent. I called to setup an appointment and the lady on the phone was very nice. The dispatcher was accommodating and helpful. Tyler came out the next day and then Jim came by with the camera to see what was causing the problem. Turns out we had grease buildup! Thanks kids! Jim sent Jesse out to hydrojet the pipe and then Jim came by later with the camera to make sure that the pipe was not “bellied” and that all the grease was out. We didn’t pay until the job was completely done! Rooter Ranger is affordable and has amazing customer service. Definitely recommend them!

I was having my septic emptied and inspected. I was told to expect them to come out between 6-8am. I was expecting the latter but they were at my house early and done in no time. Super friendly and efficient. When I called the office with questions the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Deptic Technologies for septic work!

I called option one because I had a clog in my toilet and my hot water heater was not staying on. It took Sammy two seconds to reset my hot water heater. He then did all he could to try and unclog my toilet. Apparently my 4 year grandson had jabbed a round wooden toy into the toilet. Needless to say he had to install a new toilet. Sammy was efficient and professional throughout this service. This was my first time using Option One and I will definitely be using them again if needed.
