I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. The gentleman that came out were very professional and nice well dressed and presented. They prepared a quote to put a piece of pipe in for laundry and pressure test and permit it. Initial quote to install 5 ft of gas line through pre-existing holes ready to go $3400 dollars. ? I expressed my thanks and concerns about the very high price to replace such a short run of pipe. Literally $60 bucks worth of pipe. Definitely less than an hours worth of work labor wise not including the permit. They wanted 600 just to pull the permit! Sorry guys I’m just not made of gold.

I have been using Complete Plumbing and Drain Service for many years. Clint is very knowledgeable and has trained his sons to be as impressively conscientious and competent as he is.

Over the years, they have replaced the outside irrigation and in house shut off valves. In the house, they replaced my hot water heater system for a Tankless unit which was the best thing ever! I never run out of hot water no matter the demand.

They have repaired or replaced faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms. They installed a bidet. They replaced a noisy and malfunctioning garbage disposal with an efficient, quiet garbage disposal. With 'open concept', I needed that.

They maintain my RO system (replacing membranes and filters and flush system) and my Tankless hot water system - flushing to clean the system annually, to keep them in optimum working order.

We had our septic tank pumped this week. From the beginning phone call (quote and scheduling) to the end(pumping) the experience was professional, timely and overall excellent! We elected to have risers and caps installed as our tank lids were 3 feet deep. They’re pumping service fee is priced very well. Naturally, if you want them to install risers and/or they have to dig, there is additional cost to that. I’d highly recommend Septic Medic

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

Ralph and nuflow were awesome to work with. Although I ultimately didn’t end up using their services I wouldn’t hesitate to in the future. Ralph made it out to my house within a few days of my inquiry and did a very professional examination of the pipes I needed repaired. He put together a report and I had an estimate in two days. They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

I paid big money for this work and the work was done mostly by one youngster that worked hard but was not very experienced. I Paid THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS and I mean over $13,000 for this work and the Bathroom floor was left unfinished. The toilet flange was put on incorrectly, so much that when I have someone come and install a new toilet they will have to remove and reinstall a flange because a toilet can not be bolted to the flange. This was the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Take My suggestion, if you want a professional doing the work do not hire this company. They use cheap unqualified labor and charge a fortune.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.
