This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

I have been using Anthonys plumbing for the past year. They have come to my resort to handle issues from stoppages, drain camera, jetting, and instalments of tankless water heaters.
The prices have been fair. They have come out prompt and professional. Being a high end resort even our contractors must be presentable, and the techs that show upbkend in perfectly.

Hero home services saved my Day! My a/c stopped cooling in the middle of the day! So i called hero home services for the first time and they were great! Service was incredible! Quick and efficient, they had my a/c up and running back in no time! Marlon was very mature and extremely helpful! He was kind, efficient and got straight to the point! Great worker!! My home is very old, 1969. My washer kept backing up, I called a plumber years ago and he gave me a absurd quote of over 3000.00 to fix it. Or he said I could use draino. So I did draino, dreading having to pay for the fix. It backed up again last night so I called reddi services.. they came out today and gave me two quotes to fix the problem. The highest was 499.00 to do what the other guy told me was going to be 3000! They fixed it on the spot! I kinda felt like I was stealing they were so reasonable on their price!
The guys cleaned up everything and had it done in no time! Friendly, nice, courteous and reasonable on price!!

It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

I hike highly recommend this company.

Steven took time to really examine my issues in both directions. He assessed that the main issue I had was outside, and their core business product is for inside. He collaborated with his team, and a 2nd person will come out to validate what it will take to address the outside issues.
The Number Flow product seems great (Steven showed me a sample). I will hang onto the bid for the inside work and likely go with that in the future.
The company culture seems very customer focused. No up-sell or hard sell tactics, just good data and respect, with a good product and process to back it up.

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

First, the ladies in the house asked me if I called Cute Guy Plumbing? So all of a sudden the drains didn't matter? Ha! Well their work was top notch. Jordan and his crew responded very quickly on a Friday night. Danny was awesome. They were very professional and the prices were extremely reasonable. As a matter fact, they were almost half of what another plumbing outfit wanted.The job ended up being much bigger than expected and they carefully explained everything at each step. I am good with most home repairs, but plumbing is the nastiest stuff there is. These guys are amazing and since they got dirty and didn't mind getting into the business (so to speak), they absolutely have my business from this day forward.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Updating my stars based on a call I got from the Manager. I'm glad I bothered everyone with my complaint only to be told oh well. I felt like I was a waste of their time when I wanted to report a bad quote and still use their business. Original review because the water tank install was still great......Wow what an amazing company! We woke up to a water heater leak and this team took care of us. I contacted this company to come out as I had a clog in my sink. It was around 7:30pm and they were nice enough to come after hours (for a fee of course) and unclog my sink. I gave them access to my house through the front door and side gate and secured my dogs in the garage so they could move about the house with no problem or interference from my dogs. Roy and the gentleman who were with him did the work they needed to and said they were done with the job and cleaned up and left. I let my dogs out back to finish dinner and about an hour later was alerted to the 5 cops cars beside my house. I realized at that point, Roy left without closing the gate and my dog got out and was hit by a car and died shortly thereafter. I emailed the company to let them know about the situation and their response is that they have no liability for leaving gates and doors open and have offered me 100 bucks towards the 1k I spent that night. If you have animals, don't use this company, as they have no regard for animals and will leave your house without checking to make sure they secure their access points. HORRIBLE company with a HORRIBLE owner!
