We have used Wally for septic pumping for many years. As a Realtor we need them on any sale where there is a septic. We are very pleased with them. He always does the job promptly and perfectly. I really can't say enough good things about Jake and Black Mountain. We operate a short term rental and had our septic tank filter clog and tank needing to be pumped. To make matters worse, we didn't know where the exact location of the tank or lids since the home was a fairly recent purchase for us. Jake located, dug everything up, installed risers, new filters, lid and cleared our blockage. All within a few hours of our call. We had a real sh*tty situation on our hands, but Jake took care of quickly, effectively, and a very reasonable rate. Had water heater go out Called Anthony’s they responded fast not very long plumber showed up seen the problem and explained my Options. Removed my old water heater and installed a new one very very professional. Mind you this is at 3:30 in the afternoon took hot shower that night Strongly recommend them.the plumber who name is also Anthony W worked hard and fast very professional and knowledgeable and friendly two thumbs up!!

I hired Clint to convert the plumbing of a single sink into a double sink vanity set up. This was an involved project consisting of two separate visits. Clint arrived on time and completed the pipe conversion and then returned after our drywall was completed to install the vanity, p-traps, and faucets. Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. Thank you, called for an appointment and they scheduled me that afternoon. It took one hour to complete their pump service. The service technician was extremely knowledgeable about his job. He took the time to explain a septic system to us. He also provided me with consumer tips to maintain and extend the life of my system. Total cost to pump a 1,000 gallon tank was $335. They took all methods of payment. I would use them again.

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Noticed my clean out was slightly leaking. I called Cooper's Sewer and Drain and had a truck here within the hour on a Saturday. Our septic was full. The price I got on the phone is the price I paid. Very friendly driver, and gave me really good tips on how we can conserve the unit. I called 4 other companies and got 100-250.00 higher quotes. I would HIGHLY recommend this company, best service and best prices.

I was referred to Rooter Man by a friend of mine. I was desperate to find a plumber that I could trust as I've had some negative experiences in the past. I've been lied to and overcharged by big name companies so I am very cautious about who I give my business to.

That being said, I really trust Roy. He doesn't use sales tactics or gimmicks. He knows what he's talking about and did not once try to upsell the job. He wasn't looking for things to replace outside of the job I called him for. He quoted me a fair price and time frame to work on my main sewer line, and was super knowledgeable and patient while explaining what needed to be done. I'm very happy I went with Rooter Man!
