I had the pleasure to hire Orlando to repair my Clear up therein pipe and fix the garbage disposal. He came on time. very well spoken and tree gentleman. Our A/C thermostat had been acting a been wonky for a while, so I decided to pretend to be handy and replace it myself. Being the brilliant home repair-man that I am, I did not read the manual and ended up blowing a fuse in the air pusher.

I called both Reddi Services, as well as Day and Night Air. Day and Night Air had someone readily available in the area, so I went with them. Unlike Reddi, they charged after-hours fees, but I just wanted my A/C running again. To keep the story short, Day and Night spent about two hours at my house only to charge me their service fee and tell me they'd have to come back during the day when they would likely have to re-run all of our wiring, costing at least $300/hour, assuming they finished before their after-hours prices kicked in.

After spending a hot summer's night with no A/C, I called Reddi Services to have them come out when I got home from work. I got home at around 5 to find Frank Mata from Reddi Services...well, ready. I gave him the run down of what happened the day before, and, after being appalled by what Day and Night wanted to charge, he took a look at what we had going on.

He quickly reprogrammed the thermostat correctly, and after trying to distinguish the wiring job that had previously been done, opted to disconnect everything and start from scratch in establishing the connections. He hooked everything up *correctly*, which ultimately fixed the problems that the other guy claimed would only be solved by running new lines.

All in all, Reddi Services ended up costing me $120 for quick, effective, friendly services, while Day and Night cost me $90 for a nothing more than some failed troubleshooting and a new fuse.

I waited a week to leave a review just in case the fix didn't last, but I feel safe saying that my A/C is currently functioning. My Experience with Reddi Services was great, and I recommend them to anyone with similar troubles.

Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

Professional and kind. Very good, clean and honest work. Guy set the appointments and times were as promised. Prices as well, no surprises. Full estimate with potential additional costs discussed upfront.

Full day septic repair with maybe 30minute break during work. Left the yard looking good and Aaron even tamped the dirt down to his prevent settling.

Arthur did plumbing repair in a bath. Had to cut tile and cut it clean, covered it back up. Couldn’t tell it was worked afterword. Also took the time to show me the leak and verified the repair with me visually.

Solid diagnosis, repair and pricing. Everyone out there is in the business of either spending or making money, very happy to support this company and their work ethic.

Called on a Sunday to clear out main house trap. Was pleasantly surprised to learn it would only be $47, even on a weekend (our cleanout trap is easily accessible from outside the house). They followed up promptly by phone to confirm the appointment and Isaac showed up at the scheduled time. I was very impressed with his professionalism and there was no hard sell for other services. He cleared the trap and was on his way within 30 minutes. Would definitely use them again if/when the need arises.

CAUTION, STAY AWAY!In January 2012, these guys, techs Tim & Rob, beat me out of $485 and destroyed 24 ft of underground sewer line that I had to replace. They ran a camera in my line and told me my piping was clay and recommended “jetting”. They ran the camera after “jetting” and told me all was well. 4 days later the line backed up again. They sent a different tech out who told me there was nothing he could do; my line was filled with mud which meant there were holes in the pipe. I was quoted a ballpark of $2,200 to repair the 24’ line. I got a couple of laborers and we dug it up ourselves, turns out the pipe wasn’t clay, but a material called “Orangeburg” which cannot stand up to the high pressure of jetting. Tends to blow big holes in the pipe; I know this because Tim and Rob told me.I called them to come inspect the pipe once it was uncovered, but they ignored me.I replace the line myself with new ABS and kept the old pipes (smelly, disgusting, health hazard) for 2 weeks for inspection, but I couldn’t get a response. I did get one call back from a woman named Amy who asked me to fax over all invoices and info and said they would get right back to me. I was asking for my $485 back and an additional $250 toward labor cost, which I thought was reasonable. I never heard from anyone again.Certified mail is returned unsigned; I filed a small claims suit but can’t get anyone served due to bogus address on ROC and ACC websites. A complaint filed with the Registrar of Contractors has also been ignored. These guys are really slippery, but I will continue to pursue them any way I can until they make this right.Read the terms and conditions on the back of the invoice they have you sign. It says disputes must be litigated in Pinal County. Nice, huh? I cannot locate the person in Pinal listed with the state as the Statutory Agent, like I said, really slippery.

Bumble Bee Plumbing’s tech Adrian was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and willing to take as long as needed to answer all my questions. Based on my experience with Adrian, I will certainly recommend the company.The following is a follow up after using Bumble bee to install a reverse osmosis system. Once again we were extremely satisfied with their tech Adrian’s knowledge and work ethic in general. Extremely satisfied with Bumblebee plumbing!

Called at about 9pm on 3/24/19, and Joseph was there within the 30 minutes they quoted me. He unclogged my lines and had my toilets running clear within 20 minutes of arriving. Jackie called 2 days later to set up the appt to have the camera ran to find the reason for my clogs. All for the ad price of $98.00. The service was fast, great, and priced right.

Very pleased with my entire interaction with Jack Plumbing. I contacted 3 plumbers about scheduling the installation of faucets after our new countertops were installed. I got a call back within 10 minutes of contacting Jack . They were able to move up my appointment when the countertops were ready earlier than expected. The plumber was young, but the owner was in and out to give tips and help out as needed in the middle of his busy morning. The work was much better than if I had tried to do it myself and they stuck to the price they quoted me on the phone.
