Great company. I called all around to have a septic company come out and this company was able to come out within the week to inspect and pump out my septic. The owner is really nice and got back to me in a timely manner. Was very professional and quick. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs there septic pumped or inspected.

I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

Maritza was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to help me stop my toilet from flushing so that I could get a good night’s sleep. She stayed with me on the phone for the entire process when no other plumber would even answer my calls late Friday evening. I will definitely use her company in the future. Customer service just doesn’t get this good!

We had a leak under the kitchen sink and had to shut off the water to the house on a Sunday evening. Reddi Services sent Pepe Munoz, the on call plumber. He came all the way from the far east valley to Goodyear. Pepe arrived in a timely manner and was professional and very efficient. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. I will be calling Reddi Services again and will ask for Pepe. Customer service was professional too, very friendly and courteous.

We had our septic system pumped for the first time and risers installed for our septic system by Circle J Septic. We highly recommend them! Josh (owner) & James (worker) are both very professional, courteous, respectful, responds in a timely manner and does high quality work. Reasonably priced compared to other septic companies I researched. Josh also took the time to explain the septic system to us.

I am going through the process of some sewer line repairs and having our house sewer relined, and so far they have been great!

The price was honestly more than I hoped, but there were also more work needed than I initially wanted(this was confirmed by several companies) and they are well worth the price. We signed a contract for a 3 day job and twice we got rescheduled for earlier than expected so now we are going to be done before our initially expected start date.

During day 1 they found that part of the job would not need to be soon, which saved some money, but also found some unexpected damage underneath. In the end even with an update to the job our price remained the same. Both crews that came out were professional and friendly.

Throughout the process they have had great communication and have done great work. We have 1 last expected day of work, I will update if anything changes. I would highly recommend getting a quote and going with them.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

Just had Lupe replace plumbing outdoor/in garage that was leaking. Clean and quick work from him. Up front pricing and professional service. Tested water pressure to consider repair in future too. I would definitely recommend asking for Lupe for any work and I will be doing the same in the future. The service from him and the company is top notch.

The gang at Ajax are simply fantastic. We've had the odd septic issues over the years and honestly, I can't imagine calling anyone else. They come as soon as they are able; they're knowledgeable and they don't try to plow you under, money-wise--when you are miserable and desperate and willing to do ANYTHING to get it fixed. Amazing company with unbelievable customer service. We had an issue on a Saturday morning and the owner of the company personally helped us out with a clog. Called Coopers on a Sunday morning after getting a few quotes on Sat night that were much higher. Zach came out within the hour, snaked our lines and pulled out tree roots. I booked an appointment a week out. There was no call to confirm the day before so I hoped that the time frame they gave me of 8-10am would be accurate. At 9:15 I called them to confirm we were on the schedule and the receptionist who answered confirmed and said they would be there by 10. At 10, they still weren’t here and I had to leave for an appointment. My husband had to leave work to be at the house for their arrival. At 11:15am he called them and the receptionist said that they were running behind schedule and she’d check with the technician for an eta and call right back. 35 minutes later and still no call back. My husband called again. This time she said that the technician was 3 to 4 hours out. So between 3 & 4pm. This is simply unacceptable as he was missing work to be there. There was no courtesy call, no apology, nothing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and terrible business practices.

Kelly was very quick in coming to pump my septic tank so no complaint there but he quoted me a price to install a riser and cover and never returned any of messages for the last week and a half to install or decline so I could move on. Now I am left with calling other companies. For septic pump good for all other stuff call someone else!

I would give you no stars but that isn't an option. Where do I begin ? Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
