After spending over a week dealing with a very dishonest septic company and trying to get a passing grade to sell our home, we called Mike Roybal Septic Services, desperate for an honest assessment of our septic. While the other company was ready to rebuild for thousands of dollars, Mike conducted the same tests and found no issues. We are now certified and ready to sell! Honesty and integrity is hard to come by and this company has both in spades.

We are new home owners and didn't know where to start when committing to a plumber . We are always afraid of getting ripped off when going to companies for work, but Anthony's plumbing was far from ripping us off. Mark provided us with so much knowledge about the plumbing in our 1950s home, and went above and beyond to fix the problem so we would not have to spend thousands to fix the issue. He was polite and very personable. Anytime we have a plumbing issue we will defiantly be calling Anthony's plumbing again, and Mark will be our go to guy!

I own an apartment complex In downtown Phoenix. Hero home services are my go to guys! I have used their services over a half dozen times.

I have had different plumbers from Hero and they've all done a great job. One plumber who I've had numerous times is named John and he's fabulous.

Their prices are great! Their Service is great!

The two low star ratings on Yelp are from people that needed extensive plumbing repairs. Come on people....Don't shoot the messenger! I hate a big plumbing bill just the same as the next guy. (do you give a bad rating to your mechanic when you have to pay a lot to replace your transmission?). These guys charge appropriately for their time.

Also please note: They don't fix drywall, wood, etc. they are plumbers after all! You need to hire separate contractors to repair any damage done by plumbing problems, or any reconstruction needed due to accessing pipes. This is just standard practice! Anyone who thinks otherwise is just ignorant.

We had a busted pipe in our front yard with company on the way in just a few days and needed to water our yard for our guests. Bob McKean came out at 8:30 at night on a Sunday to assess the damage and had the pipe fixed the very next morning. Bonn charged us exactly what he said he would, no additional fees the day of the service. The service was fast and exactly what we needed!

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

I used NuFlow for sewer lining and I can't rave enough about this company. What a first rate, professional company! Communication every step of the way from the office staff to the people on site. Attention to detail and a clean work site daily. Schedules were met. The team worked efficiently and seemed to be always on the same page. Highly recommend.

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

Jared was referred to me by a friend and was willing to drive out to yucaipa to fix my sink. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my kitchen sink very fast. It’s been about 6 months and still no issues. I thought that was cool that Jared also told me a few things that will help prevent those problems in the future. He also knew right away what was wrong with our clogged bathtub before even looking at it. I would definitely recommend them!

CAUTION, STAY AWAY!In January 2012, these guys, techs Tim & Rob, beat me out of $485 and destroyed 24 ft of underground sewer line that I had to replace. They ran a camera in my line and told me my piping was clay and recommended “jetting”. They ran the camera after “jetting” and told me all was well. 4 days later the line backed up again. They sent a different tech out who told me there was nothing he could do; my line was filled with mud which meant there were holes in the pipe. I was quoted a ballpark of $2,200 to repair the 24’ line. I got a couple of laborers and we dug it up ourselves, turns out the pipe wasn’t clay, but a material called “Orangeburg” which cannot stand up to the high pressure of jetting. Tends to blow big holes in the pipe; I know this because Tim and Rob told me.I called them to come inspect the pipe once it was uncovered, but they ignored me.I replace the line myself with new ABS and kept the old pipes (smelly, disgusting, health hazard) for 2 weeks for inspection, but I couldn’t get a response. I did get one call back from a woman named Amy who asked me to fax over all invoices and info and said they would get right back to me. I was asking for my $485 back and an additional $250 toward labor cost, which I thought was reasonable. I never heard from anyone again.Certified mail is returned unsigned; I filed a small claims suit but can’t get anyone served due to bogus address on ROC and ACC websites. A complaint filed with the Registrar of Contractors has also been ignored. These guys are really slippery, but I will continue to pursue them any way I can until they make this right.Read the terms and conditions on the back of the invoice they have you sign. It says disputes must be litigated in Pinal County. Nice, huh? I cannot locate the person in Pinal listed with the state as the Statutory Agent, like I said, really slippery.

I had Bumblebee come out to replace a faulty vacuum pressure breaker (pool filler) and old leaky hose bibb. Also to flush the hot water heater and replace the anode rod. Lupe H showed up right on time went over everything with me and got right to work. He was very friendly, very professional and really fast! I went out one time to check on the progress and he said 20 more minutes tops. Wow! The work quality was top notch too. Will definitely use Bumblebee Plumbing in future and ask for Lupe.

I really don't have anything to complain about except the service being a bit pricey. It cost me $245.00 to clean a simple clogged main line that took about 15-20 min. to clear. Other than that, the service was very prompt, courteous and as far as I can tell efficient. I might use them again. If you have a simple clog perhaps you shouldn't all them but if you are in a hurry the price might be worth it.
