They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

I thought I had a major clog in our kitchen sink after the draining solutions didn't work. I called Rooter Ranger, and they were able to quote a great price over the phone and provide service within 2 hours. The plumbers were friendly and worked quickly. Luckily, my issue was only a clogged P-trap. However, they said since it was a small issue, there would be no charge! Absolutely unbeatable service.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! A quality plumber will be one less thing you will have to worry about.

On 27 Aug. 2019 Andrew from Option One fixed a broken irrigation pipe for Bolivar/Forrest HOA. Since that date the station for that part of the system will not come on. After bringing this issue to Option One on 9 Oct. 2019 I was reminded that I was calling 10 days past the warranty expired and that I would be charged for another visit. Andrew's shovel was the only one involved, obviously clipping or breaking the wiring when reburied. I cannot recommend Option One Plumbing when they will not stand behind their work. I have a brand new house. I need a brand new water softener installed. Bumble Bee Plumbing tried to sell me a DIFFERENT water softener for over $3,000! If I didn't want that, they were willing to spend 30 minutes installing the one I already have for ONLY $1,100.00. That's a rate of over $2,000.00 per hour. What a dishonest scam organization that tries to exploit the uninitiated customer!

I have been in the business for ten years, and have used many septic companies in the past. I received some marketing material from Sunset Septic, and decided to price them against my current venders. Not only was their pricing more competitive, but they completed the job next day! I was very happy, and would recommend them to anyone!

There's nothing like a plumbing mishap to send one into a state of panic! Things get chaotic when your only bathroom is out of order!
