They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! A quality plumber will be one less thing you will have to worry about.

This company is fantastic! We have older apartment units that periodically develop plumbing issues. While my husband often did the repairs in the past , he travels a lot and misses the opportunity ? to make the repairs. However, he is very picky about workmanship, reliability and price and he is very happy with the service we have received from Option One Plumbing.

They were very professional, caring, understanding, and honest. They set me up with everything I needed and did not try to sell me on unnecessary stuff just to make extra bussiness like some companies do. I felt very respected and David our contractor made sure he explained all my options and help me select the perfect water heater and package I needed for my house size. He also made sure I got my veteran discount. From the dispatch person who notified me before sending the contractors, to the other office lady who checked in with me and made sure I was happy with my service, to the 2 contractors that completed the installation of my water heater, I felt very satisfied with their customer service. Wow! These folks are absolutely amazing! We had an immediate panic when every toilet and shower backed up at once. Ashley very patiently talked us through some troubleshooting and when we weren’t able to go any further she got Keith out to take care of us right away. Keith was SO helpful and gave us a much appreciated education on how our septic system works. We can not recommend Priority Plumbing enough.
Literally everyone that helped us were so friendly, knowledgeable and went way above and beyond our expectations. The communication and updates were really reassuring.

Blue plumbers are reliable plumber. They were able to send someone out immediately to fix our problem, and the cost of the repairs was very reasonable. We appreciated the technician's professionalism and expertise, and we felt confident that the repairs were done correctly. If we ever need a plumber in the future, we will definitely be calling Austin.

Sunset Septic made an appointment for a week out from the call for service. On the appointment date they had given a 2 hour timeframe. I called to check on the estimated time of arrival at 1 hour past the given timeframe. Receptionist stated that she would check with the technician on where he was at and call right back. They didn’t call “right back” so I called them after an additional 35 minutes and was put on hold. Receptionist said the technician was assigned an emergency pump out and would now be an additional 3-4 hours. I understand things happen and would have been just fine if anyone would have simply picked up a phone to keep from wasting my time. They obviously took the higher paying emergency job. No one from Sunset Septic EVER called us. We cancelled our appointment due to poor communication and customer service.

Second time I have used Mr. Rooter in 2 years and they are reliable, always on time or early and never an 8 hour window to help. They always get there within two hours. Luis was so great and very pleasant. He gave me several options to make sure I don't have another problem. I will not use another plumber. I highly recommend this company.
