Best Plumbing Installation in Phoenix AZ

Cooper's Sewer & Drain came out to service our septic tank today. Chad was our service technician and Stephanie was the person we scheduled with. Very professional service from both employees I spoke with! Stephanie called to let us know when our tech was on the way and Chad arrived and made quick work of the job. Chad showed me a filter we didn't know was there and recommended yearly cleaning for it. When he was done, Chad cleaned up the area nicely and leveled out the dirt well where he had to dig up the tank access lids. I would highly recommend Cooper's Sewer & Drain! Thank you for your EXCELLENT service today!!!

My wife and I are very satisifed with Nuflow!! Stevan was our sales rep and great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. When ready for installation day Corey and the crew were on time called when on the way and answered all of our questions throughout the entire process. They were done in 2 day's like they said with the relining process. Followed by them was Brandon and the crew to come out dig in our master bedroom to replace a broken pipe. They were in and out in a day with the concrete leveled back to where it was to begin with. I would highly recommend Nuflow!!!

The attention to detail, cleanliness and response time is always impressive, We have used them for both our residential an commercial pumping in Arizona. They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Bobby was proficient & very knowledgeable when it came to clearing a clog from the bathtub. There is no getting around the fact that he is a hard worker! He was very dedicated to fixing the problem & was professional and friendly throughout the entire situation. I would not only highly recommend Ranger Bobby, but Rooter Ranger entirely! We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. My husband thought he could handle it, but when he got to the plumbing it became a big mess. We called Allover Plumbing and they were able to get to us quickly and had the problem fixed in no time. Very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing.

If I could give more than 5 stars I most certainly would! This company definitely cares about their customers & making sure they are satisfied! I had a slab leak in my bathroom, Mike came out to give me a free estimate, he even did a follow up call the next day to see if I wanted to schedule that repair. I had 3 other companies come out that day. Mike was the first guy to show. He was respectful & was very Informative on how the repair would be handled. I am a person who gets very nervous around people I don't know & to allow them in my home I often get extremely nervous. I did not feel that way with Mike & that follow up call sealed the deal. Let's not forget to mention the cost was a lot less than the other companies. He wasn't trying to up sale anything, was straight forward with it all! The day came to do the repair they were on time & his assistant Alex was very kind & respectful as well. I was comfortable enough to just be outside and allow the guys to work. I was worried that my small dogs would be a bothersome due to their barking from having to be outside but they said they are use to such and not to worry about it. The work they did was awesome & literally was less of a mess then I had expected. I received a new water heater as well which was installed with perfection. They left no mess behind & was very thorough with what they did. I highly recommend this company! I went with the comfort of my gut & I was not let down! Mike & Alex are awesome!! Look no further if you are reading this review! This is the sign that you are looking for if you are looking for aGreat, reliable, affordable & respectful company for all of your plumbing needs! Trust me you won't be let down!!

They are expensive and slow, but the worst things is that they left the job undone for a couple days (to do work on some other job) and left the sewer line open, allowing rats to infest our home (and making the home unlivable), and now are trying to lie about it regarding taking care of the rat damage. (I will update this if they decide to be honest, but so far, nothing but LIES!) Completely negligent! They are horrible! Never, ever use them!!! UPDATE: They said they would partially pay for my damages, but that seems to have been a lie as well, as they did not follow through. Also, I was told on the phone that if they took care of everyone that had a problem with their work, they could not stay in business. Hmmm... that must be a pretty big percentage of their customers? I wish they had said that before I signed the contract. What you need to ask yourself before using this company is Do you feel lucky?To update my review yet again, My Rooter agreed to pay for half of the damages they caused in my home. I agreed to that, then they rejected my signed agreement and said they would not send a check or agree to the resolution until my review was changed to a positive review. Seems like they are more interested in bribing me to remove my truthful review, endangering the public, than in actually covering any of their damages. Makes you wonder, with their admission that there are too many unhappy customers to satisfy and stay in business, how many of the apparently positive reviews were actually fake reviews that they bribed people to post... You've been warned to stay away from this company at all costs!!!

Shannon from Blue Plumbers was very professional. He kept us appraised of his arrival time and kept appointment. He was very respectful of our home and time. Shannon was very knowledgeable and did a great job addressing our needs, fixed a leaky shower faucet and installed a new shut off valve for our sprinkler system. I was considering using Option One Plumbing for the total replumb of my manufactured home. I was scheduled for an estimate but when the day came, no one showed. I called after my estimate time came and went and they said they would get back to me and then hours later rescheduled me.The day comes of the rescheduling and as I am waiting for them to arrive, the estimator calls and tells me he won't be in today and wants to reschedule. I call Option One and they told me they didn't even know he wasn't coming in today yet...Finally, I am rescheduled AGAIN. (Not even for the next day because they wanted me to pay $150 for them to come out on a Sunday even after this is the SECOND time I was rescheduled)The day of the reschedule, they send out a text when the estimator is on the way approximately 30 minutes before with their picture and name. Only for a completely different plumber to show up which initially took me aback as I was a female home alone until I noticed he was driving an Option One plumbing van. But why have that feature if it isn't correct? . I was also supposed to receive a call from a supervisor the morning of this second rescheduled estimate appointment but never received a call.Anyway, I am then quoted OVER DOUBLE of what another plumbing company quoted me while I was waiting to see if Option One would ever end up coming out.Overall a terribly unprofessional and disappointing experience with Option One Plumbing.
