Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

Cooper's was truly exceptional. We had our Septic system pumped out by another company and had received a quote for some repairs that need to be completed prior to the sale of the home. My husband and I were constantly sneezing in our home and we were told that an air scrubber may be helpful. Steven took time to really examine my issues in both directions. He assessed that the main issue I had was outside, and their core business product is for inside. He collaborated with his team, and a 2nd person will come out to validate what it will take to address the outside issues.
The Number Flow product seems great (Steven showed me a sample). I will hang onto the bid for the inside work and likely go with that in the future.
The company culture seems very customer focused. No up-sell or hard sell tactics, just good data and respect, with a good product and process to back it up.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! I am a plumber in the trade I own plumber on call but I don't have a router it was stolen years ago. Since that loss I've been using options one to to clear all my main lines for me. I have some approximately 12 million square feet under roof and they've helped me out several times, what I appreciate about them is that they !can get to it the same day 9 out of 10 times and their people are quality people they know what they are doing and I'm not going to stop using them. Excellent service! Showed up on time with a day and time convenient for me. Owner was very knowledgable and helpful at describing the process and cost estimate up front. Technician was polite, professional, prompt, and explained as much as I asked and put the small holes he dug in my yard back together very nicely. I was even charged the exact same amount as originally quoted!

Prompt, isn't even the right word. The lady on the phone said 60 to 90 minutes and he was here in 10! Aside from being extremely knowledgeable, I wasn't even charged for the service call because it was something easy and didn't require work. So I bought a half gallon of their drain cleaner to make it worth his while. Thanks Dave in mesa, az for the great service! If i have ro callyou guys again I want Dave!
