I was in need of a septic inspection and was in a hurry to have it done as a different company had cancelled on me. The two technicians came out right on time and were very polite, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without getting frustrated with me at all! They went even a step further when my system failed and they knew I was in a hurry so they sent another truck out to work so they could do the repair.

Will definitely use again and I highly recommend using them for your next service!

I would highly recommend this responsible and friendly company which helped me out when I had problems with the delivery and installation of a new cooker following an altercation with a well-know store. They came on time, left no mess, did the job and even phoned the manufacturer on my behalf when they discovered a missing part. Chloe at the end of the phone was so friendly, understanding and calming. I would most certainly use this company again.

Tim was my plumber I had clogged sink drain he was able to get it going very quickly, he was very friendly a genuinely nice guy! Very honest..My dog Luke loved him he worked right beside him the whole time Tim was so friendly with him too...he turned a stressful day into a great day!! I was dreading having to call a plumber, and everyone at Bumble Bee is SO NICE!!! The person who answered connected with me by asking me questions. I told her I’d just purchased my home recently and she was excited for me and told me congratulations! Next, a tech was sent to me right away. My tech Drew was also super nice with a very friendly personality. He told me why he likes working at Bumble Bee and made me feel good about my choice to call them. I hope I don’t need them a lot, but I will for sure call them again with no hesitation in the future.

Eric came on a service call on Sunday to fix a pump extractor. This turned into a whole bunch of projects I needed to do, and some he discovered as we went along (leaks, etc).Eric was extremely knowledgeable and never gave up on a really challenging project - where three other plumbers did not want to go there. He got it to function until we can get parts that were discontinued.This guy did what it took and did an outstanding job. Thanks Eric!
