I was so impressed with not only with Gina in the office, but Martin and Efren's quality of not only service, but their knowledge! I called Tuesday afternoon and by Wednesday morning they were there and gone. Excellent service !! Thank-you, Andrew sent a text advising he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. Then he advised he may be able to provide a lower price if he went to another supplier for the part. Brass versus plastic...it was for a landscape fix. I chose the reduced price, he left. Withing an hour he was back with the required part and had it installed within the hour. One of three quotes we got for a sewer line repair and they were by far the most thorough, taking their time to evaluate the issue and explain the different options and why they recommended what they did. Day of repair crew with Craig were on it - really friendly yet professional. Didn't seem to mind when I wanted to sneak a peek in the hole to see what was going on. Showed me the blockage they pulled out (wow!!). Made sure I was satisfied with the job and cleanup before they left. Honestly it barely looked like they were there at all!!

We used Priority for septic tank pumping, repair, and adding a riser .
Our original time frame had to be changed from early am to early afternoon.
When they finally showed up, they were an hour plus late outside of the 2 hour window time frame.
Keith was the only one doing any work , as he had a new guy with him who didn’t do much at all.
Once he finally dug down to the septic tank, he found a couple of issues that needed repair along with the pumping of the tank. We had to wait another nine days with an open trench in the yard and nothing to even cover it. That is a liability on their part, seems how we have small dogs and have had other workers at our home to perform weed and pest spray. Just think if someone had small children. Seems odd that they wouldn’t tarp it or use caution tape for that open area.

I was also not happy to find out that there was all this extra money tacked on for labor, that I was never notified of or told about. I had even called the office the day before and spoke to Sophie, about exactly what the costs were and nothing was mentioned about the $300 labor charge that was tacked on to our already inflated bill. They only mentioned the riser and the repair amounts, while failing to mention the labor charges.

I will admit that Keith was knowledgeable and professional, however it doesn’t take away the negatives .

Got another company from Apache junction did better job for 70 percent of sunset price

First, these guys show up over an hour past the 2pm to 4pm appt time. I need sink disposal replaced. Then, they ask for over $600. Seriously?! The unit only costs about 150, so they want over 200 per hr for labor on a regular and simple task which takes no more than 2hrs max. It just feels all wrong! I swear they priced it to take my entire 600 stimulus check! Shame on you, Mr. Rooter. Isn't it bad enough that our country and world are in crisis?! Do you really have to push taking advantage of folks, too?! I bet many contractors are doing this; monkey see, monkey do. SMH
