Great company. I called all around to have a septic company come out and this company was able to come out within the week to inspect and pump out my septic. The owner is really nice and got back to me in a timely manner. Was very professional and quick. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs there septic pumped or inspected.

Quality Septic is an amazing company. I had a back-up emergency and they were on-site within a few hours. This was a neglected septic tank and was a very difficult pump. Repairs were needed and Quality Septic had the resources to get a repair company, after hours, to assist. With professionalism they continued to work for over 6 hours until the issues were resolved. They did not leave the property until 10:30pm. Quality Septic exceeded my expectations and the cost was more than fair. Quality Septic is an outstanding company that I highly recommend to anyone with septic issues. I love these guys.

Macho Contracting & Alfredo truly helped us out this past month. They were very responsive and professional. We needed a septic tank inspection with paperwork and then a repair of the system. He was honest and very detailed in what was needed. When they arrived at the property, the employees were respectful and courteous to the home owners. I have been using Complete Plumbing and Drain Service for many years. Clint is very knowledgeable and has trained his sons to be as impressively conscientious and competent as he is.

Over the years, they have replaced the outside irrigation and in house shut off valves. In the house, they replaced my hot water heater system for a Tankless unit which was the best thing ever! I never run out of hot water no matter the demand.

They have repaired or replaced faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms. They installed a bidet. They replaced a noisy and malfunctioning garbage disposal with an efficient, quiet garbage disposal. With 'open concept', I needed that.

They maintain my RO system (replacing membranes and filters and flush system) and my Tankless hot water system - flushing to clean the system annually, to keep them in optimum working order.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

These guys were the best! They came out to our house within the hour of the urgent phone call, on New Years Day to help us out! We had the start of a pipe break & leak in the hallway rest room and it went on from there. Abdiel and Jose took us through each step of what would need to be done and explained everything to us so we understood what was going on and showed us live camera pictures too . We enjoyed having them come to the house as they, and their crew, were all so very pleasant, down to earth and showed genuine care for us and our home. They were also very understanding and loved our overly zealous puppy! Their work was neat and orderly. And they cleaned up nicely after they were done. I cannot say enough GREAT things about Belsito Plumbing. I had just bought my first home and made a big mistake and they were the only company in the valley that went above and beyond to help me. I am so grateful for the not only the individuals that own this company but the individuals that work here. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and profession. Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! If I could give this company zero stars I would!! Set an appointment to have a 2nd septic tank done as our old one was getting filled. Was told they would show up on a certain date.... never showed! Never called! WE had to call them and ask what was going on! They claimed they were too busy with other jobs and would show up eventually. Okay that's great? Very professional. Sorry we are too busy don't know when we'll be there! Nice. Anyway, they show up a couple days later and appear to be getting the job done quickly. Took 2 days to do. 2nd day on the job and the last day they were at our property was last Saturday. We had paid extra to have them haul away all the extra dirt that would be dug up to make this other septic. Well, they leave and the place looks like a landfill with HILLS of dirt and TONS of HUGE rock that we NEVER had in our yard before. The place is absolutely trashed. Tire marks everywhere, dirt strewn about and in mounds. NOT TO MENTION they pushed the excess dirt they apparently didn't want to haul away under our bushes in our front yard. Sneaky. We call and try to get them to make this right ESPECIALLY because we paid extra to have this excess dirt taken care of. They say they will send the GM out to look at the yard. GM came by without notice or any interaction with us, called back and said it looks fine - it will even out. People, this is at least 2-4 inches of solid dirt and excessive amounts of rock piled up in our yard!!!! My husband has backed over it a couple times with his truck since he parks there and IT IS NOT EVENED OUT. I FEEL LIKE WE ARE GOING OFF ROADING EVERY TIME WE PULL OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY! (I am not even being dramatic). The company claims they will NOT fix this issue. We have tried to contact multiple times. They tell us that in the contract it states that the yard will not look the same after work is done so they get away with this! Talk about HORRENDOUS customer service. Not only have they lost our business but I will be sure to let EVERYONE I know to avoid Cooper's. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! I say time because guess who is now raking, shoveling and hauling excess dirt off the property????? I'll give you a hint, it sure as hell is not COOPER'S! Just terrible.

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. I had a real problem on a Saturday it may took care of it in a professional away in charge me a fair price for what they did. My home warranty company sent out an incompetent plumber that couldn't do anything on Friday but tell me what they couldn't do so it was a pleasure finding somebody that could take care of my challenges and charge me a fair price to make it happen.
