I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

I called Brandon with a water heater issue and he stopped what he was doing and helped me troubleshoot over the phone! He even called me back when my phone died.

It's rare to find plumbers that you can trust, let alone someone who will take time out of their day to help a complete stranger that finds their number online. I'm not in Arizona, but if I were I would have these guys on speed dial.

Ed is the man. I called him to explain my issue and he identified it over the phone. He was able to come the next day and resolve my issues. He located my tank, dug it up, cleaned the filter, pumped it out and had me back in working order by the end of the day. His pricing was reasonable, and he's just a great guy that you feel good about hiring. I will have Ed come out to clean my filter each year, and pump my system before large family gatherings.

In the 9 years that I have lived in my house I have never been more pleased with a team that has helped me with repairing my sink the way that Albert did. Full day septic repair with maybe 30minute break during work. Left the yard looking good and Aaron even tamped the dirt down to his prevent settling.

Arthur did plumbing repair in a bath. Had to cut tile and cut it clean, covered it back up. Couldn’t tell it was worked afterword. Also took the time to show me the leak and verified the repair with me visually.

After callimg 2 companiea that could not help with an emergency, I called Septic Technologies. The lady on the phone asked a lot of questions to ensure we got the best service, then had someone out within the hour. Gilbert was our tech and he was amazing. Called this place to schedule a pumping and they were 1 month out. I waited a whole month and they never called and never showed. I spoke with Wally and he says he called and his driver called but obviously they didn’t because there is no proof in my call log of them calling. Point is they don’t care. They don’t even try to accommodate you. They want me to wait a whole month again. Unprofessional. If there first job is 8-9am then they should make someone work 7-8 to get a job done that they didn’t get done in the first place. East fix but these guys don’t care.

Jon and Robbie installed a new leach field for us. They did an absolutely fantastic job. It was completed on time, they were very careful on the installation to minimize any impacts to the landscape, they installed a new leach field system while finding the right spot for it, filled the area, and contoured the area to provide proper drainage during the rainy season. Overall, a job well done! Thank you and we will use you again.

The night before last, our upstairs bathroom shower sprung a leak. We have a busy weekend filled with a hockey tournament coming up, and we needed it fixed fast! I called Reddi at 7:00 AM. Gerald S. was at our house by 11:45 AM and it was all fixed before 2:00 PM. Gerald was fast, knowledgable and friendly. He took the time to explain what had broken and what he was doing to fix it, and he was able to get the parts, including new fixtures (saved us a trip to the store!) He gave us friendly reminders to drain our water heater and replace the media in our water filtration system. Would definitely recommend Reddi and Gerald to anyone needing any plumbing work.

Great Service. Professional Team. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired septic medic to service our septic tank. Highest recommendation. Knowledgeable, on time and did a great & thorough job. Hosed the tank after draining and did an inspection. The access point required digging; which the tech did quickly putting the dirt & decorative gravel on a tarp. After completion, the refill area looked almost seamless. Use this company if you want the job done correctly without having to babysit anyone.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. Devin did an amazing Job! We had a completely rusted an unusable backyard water bib/spigot so we couldn't water any of our plants or flowers. That was until Devin came to the rescue. A quick call to Option One Plumbing and Devin came out and replaced out spigot... the original owners had welded the old piping to the old spigot so after some clean cutting Devin replaced some the old piping and new spigot. He even educated us on the types of piping that was in the original foundation and made some awesome suggestions. The spigot he added he even explained how the pressure and water quality can wear down pipes. Very friendly, very quick, very knowledgable and effective. If I could drop another tip here I would. I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
