I can't recommend him highly enough! My AC broked down like 3 times. He come to my house every time, no matter the time or day. He was always on time. His a man of his words. He installed a temporary motor so we won't suffer during the heat with no AC until we received the new motor.. Carlos is the best, very knowledgeable.  He will let you know all the options and recommend the best options for customer like me who wanted to save up. Carlos is professional, polite, and is a great communicator. I love that His Bilingual i felt comfortable talking to him both languages (Spanish) and he answered all my doubts and concerns. I rented a small, portable ozone generator from this location. The entire staff (I wish I could remember their names) was professional, friendly and knowledgeable). They made sure I knew how to operate the equipment and understood the safety concerns. I highly recommend this business.

The company website lists multiple states that they do business in, but when I called the only 2 numbers on the website, I was rudely informed that they do no do business outside of Arizona.

I met Praveen at a Home Show in Scottsdale. He showed up when he said he would and provided a competitive price for new AC units with air handlers. He delivered them on time and his installers were professional in all respects. My AC usage has declined 45% with these new three stage units. I highly recommend Arizona Air as a trustworthy contractor.

I was sent these people through my home warrany. Lee did not seem too excited about helping me to begin with. I told him I could survive the weekend with space heaters since it was the holiday and I had a lot going on. We scheduled for 9 AM Monday. At 8:15 he called me and left a message saying that because everything was closed, there was no point in coming out and that we'd have to reschedule for the next day.
I called him back 2x and told him there was no reason he couldn't at least come diagnose the problem and get the part the next morning b/c I had to go back to work the next day. I knew for a fact Home Depot was open too, so it just seemed like a BS excuse to me. He never called me back so I called my warranty company for a new referral.
