Needed an annual service. Phone up and due to cancellation they could come the next day. Turned up on time and did a great job. I wanted the boiler filling loop moved to a better location. They sent a quote that afternoon and fitted it the next day. Can't get better than that !

New AC installed in 2015 through Norris Air with a 10 year extended parts and labor warranty. Call Norris Air they say that when the warranty is transferred it drops to a 5 yr warranty even though it doesn’t say that anywhere in the paperwork. They tell me to contact Johnson Controls. Johnson Controls says no it’s still a 10 yr warranty but they don’t show that it’s transferred like Norris Air. So between the two company’s they have admitted to the warranty being 10 years even if transferred and that’s it’s been transferred but are each using a different excuse to not honor the warranty

Can’t say enough great things about their quick response and willingness to come out diagnose, and fix my broken A/C after the first 100 degree day in Phoenix. Highly professional, knowledgeable, exceptional work, prompt, friendly, and most importantly trustworthy. So thankful I was led to this company.
