Came home from work only to find no power in the entire house. Did some investigating and realized the main breaker had broken. Parker and Sons answered the call and sent a repair team out late on a Friday night. They came with the needed replacement breaker and had it changed out in less than an hour. It was a little pricey, but I appreciate getting power restored relatively quickly.

These guys were honest and did great work. Dave, the owner, is a great guy and helped us every step of the way. The initial cost to do the work for going green is expensive regardless of the company, but after three months I can tell you it's totally worth it. My electricity bill for July was literally cut in half!!! If you decide to get a Green Audit through SRP you should use Green ID.

My go-to trustworthy technician Mitch was all booked up for the day and I needed someone same-day so I took my chances with Spencer. Much like with Mitch, I couldn’t be happier. Spencer was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. A Quality was able to get an awesome technician out same day and as always they did not rip me off and their prices cannot be beat. Whenever I work with A Quality I’m reminded about the time before I discovered them when I had “Tuxedo-Flightless-Bird” HVAC company come out for an estimate. That company tried to gouge me and tried to guilt me with making sure my family stayed warm by having them repair my heating issue. It was very upsetting. A Quality never leaves me with that feeling. They were working on our neighbors business and proceeded to set up their cranes and trucks in our parking lot, blocking our customers and store vehicles without asking. We asked them multiple times to move some of their vehicles so our store could operate, but instead their crew gave us a bunch of attitude until we had remind them they were on our private property with out permission or even asking. Begrudgingly they moved, but continued to act rude and unprofessionally the rest of the day. After leaving piles of trash in our parking lot, we had to ask them multiple times to pick up after themselves. After removing their trash we found screws and nails left over from their work in our parking lot. In short they took over our parking lot with out asking, when we asked to have some of our space back we got attitude and delays, then they left a huge mess for us to clean up after them, including nails our customer would drive over. If they are willing to risk our customers safety by leaving nails in a parking lot I doubt they care are about your safety too.
