GREAT during the sales cycle. HORRIBLE with customer service. Have sink holes around my home due to them not compacting the soil now. I've emailed my sales rep even and get zero response. Had to ask for my warranty information repeatedly, as it just wasn't given. Not very impressed for the large amount of money we've spent.

Had concrete poured from the backyard up to the driveway. Did a great job, quick and easy! Would use again for futher projects.

I want to give a big shout-out to Kendra! She is very patient, kind, and super helpful! I called about my situation with a bunch of questions, and I was very grateful for the detailed information she shared with me. I really felt she went out of her way to help and cannot thank her enough.

I highly recommend Julian and the team at 1C3:9! I would give them 10 stars if I could :) Our HOA requested a revised drawing four different times before approving the project and Julian not only sent the revisions right away but he never gave me pushback and was very patient with our HOA. They started the work on the day they said and completed the project when they said they would. When the project was completed, Julian made sure I was satisfied with the finished project.

Timely, contractor responded to my request same day, in fact came over after his Church service New Year’s Day.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. If you’re looking to preserve and beautify the concrete around your home, based on our experience, my wife and I simply cannot recommend Sun Valley Concrete Coatings enough. We were remodeling our kitchen and had to call a concrete scanning service to locate the post tension cables before we cut the concrete. Safe2core was able to come out right away and did a wonderful job. They clearly marked the cables and even some pipes that we had. From the lady in the office to the technician that came out, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We felt bad that we had to cut the technicians artwork! Definitely would recommend Safe2core when scanning concrete is needed!

When I choose a company to do major concrete work on my home or offices I do my homework and suggest you do as well. Always choose a licensed and insured contractor. When making my selection I found this company to be using another companies ROC number. I have submitted this to contractor bored, the chamber of commerce and The BBB. As you know, I lived in a complex at Camelback between 40th and 44th streets. We had 108 units ad a huge piece of property.

The people you hired to do the driveway are amazing - imagine finding a company who will do a small amount of work. I know the trouble we had.

I was president for 3 years and treasurer for 1 year and we always looked for someone to do this type of work on a small basis.

You all did a great job - very polite workers, stayed out in that heat all those hours and worked until they finished the specific work they were doing (actually I was surprised that they didn't start at 5:30 or 6 am - which is the norm for summer work in Phx).

I appreciate having their name and am forwarding it over right now to the board at Villa Green.

Desert Floor Coatings did a horrible job installing metallic epoxy flooring for my medical clinic. They screwed up the preparation and refused to fix it. They screwed up the finish so bad it cannot be repaired. There are holes in the finish from tools, bubbles everywhere and they refuse to clean up the mess they made on door jams, trims and wall. Justin and Tom are liars and unprofessional. The only thing worse than the quality of their work is their lack of professionalism and integrity. Don't waste your money!

Scheduled an appointment, called and checked status before hand, no call no show. Won’t answer calls or emails. Voicemail is full. Won’t be calling them again.
