Gas had been turned off by a previous heating company. I called Parker and Sons and they sent someone out a few hours later. Explained a few issues we had but no do or die sales pitch. Very friendly and professional. Very reasonably priced. Will be using them again.

I had Simon out for an outdoor drain line issue. I appreciated that he answered my call immediately and was able to schedule me after the current job he was on. He was professional and courteous...although the matter at first looked more serious it was ultimately a trivial matter and he was able to confirm everything was operating correctly.

As we all do...I hope to not need a plumber again...lol

However, if I do, I will be calling Simon again!

Rp went out of their way to help, after a really bad experience with another company. RP showed up, on time as scheduled. The workers were very respectful of everyone and everything, made sure all work was done and done .. right. When you call it may sound expensive but really is not as they do work in a 1/4 of the time a cheaper company would do and done right the first time... Thank you RP keep up the great customer service and work....
