Larvell was very knowledgeable about his work and what needs to be accomplished. When asked a question, he seems to enjoy assisting others and takes the time to illustrate the whats and whys! Fantastic, exceptional and professional service! I called around an hour ago and was greeted by a very kind and courteous customer service representative who told me a service technician would be calling within 15 min to setup a visit and the charge would be $69 whether there is anything wrong or not. The service technician Shane called me within 5 min and followed up with courteous informational calls to ensure that I knew I could utilize my home warranty to reimburse me.

Shane the service tech showed up within the hour to promptly check the usual things, the thermostat, the air filter and then he went up on the roof. He proceeded to drain the unit and clean the coils, performing the regular maintenance to the air conditioning unit. After a thorough inspection and fine tuning, he said that my air compressor shut off due to overheating. He proceeded to recheck his work and thereupon go check my split unit in the garage which has the air filter to see if there were any points that would cause it to overheat.

He replied that he has seen this before, but if it happens again to call them and he would surmise that it would be the compressor that's the culprit. I asked him what regular maintenance intervals does he recommend and he said they usually come out and check the unit in the Spring, just before the Summer, and in the Fall, just before the Winter. But for my Split System, he'd only recommend once a year due to the unit on the roof not operating at all during the Winter. Oh and it only cost me $89 for all that he did!! :D

The whole experience was a delight considering the uncomfortable prospects and I will definitely use them for regular maintenance, highly recommended them to friends, family and coworkers!

Daniel, father and son, came to our house SAME DAY and fixed our motor, compressor, wires, etc. Absolutely professional and honest. We are beyond pleased and recommend them to all looking for a.c. repair!

My a/c stopped working so l called a local company and they said I needed a new unit. My dad recommended me to call Millennium Commercial Cooling because he normally uses them for maintenance. We are all quick to complain about bad service especially when it is 110 degrees and your air conditioning unit is out. My husband and I are in our 70's and my husband is a 100% disabled Vet who has poor health. So having our air conditioning go out was a serious health issue. B3 went above and beyond to help us get our unit up and running. The issue was the Compressor and they found one and installed it in the dark to make sure we had air. We had another issues which turned out to be a bad Circuit breaker - again the owner was installing a new breaker and actually went to Lowes to purchase one at his own cost. What could have been a life threatening situation turned into a very positive situation thanks to B3. Thanks Katy and Keith for going above an beyond to help us resolve our issues last week. You are truly heroes in our book!!

Installation was truly seamless. The technicians arrived on time and got right to work, and they were able to complete the Heating system installation in a very timely manner. I was impressed with how efficiently they worked together, and I felt confident that they knew exactly what they were doing. They were also very respectful of my home, and they left everything clean and tidy when they were done.

Literally the best service for our heating system. We purchased our home with heating system and have faced so many barriers to servicing our wall mounted boiler. Nick Is the technician who came out to service our A/C unit which was not working.It was 118 out and Nick was at my house same day and had my system up and running within a few hours.He found a leak in the system that 2 other companys could not find.They were charging for refrigerant without actually fixing the core issue.Its not easy finding a good company with highly expirienced techs at an affordable price.Arizona Pro Service is definately highly recommended.
