I called Desert Diamond to get a quote on a new air conditioner. Cody was the technician that came out. I was very impressed with Cody- he was very professional and very knowledgeable. I know I would be in good hands with this company. He didn’t try to up sell me on products or tell me to buy the most expensive unit. I would definitely recommend this company even though I have not used them as of yet.

This company was very responsive. The owner is nice and professional, and the people who set appointments are very nice. Their price was reasonable and when they finished the work, they took care to clean up after themselves. I would use this company again.

The group found numerous duct work inefficiencies from the original build in our SCW home! Today we have a completely new HVAC system and corrected duct work that is amazing. All at a comparable cost to other well known companies bids

Installation techs like Paul, Jordan, Brian, Dave, John and Chad take pride in the details and appearance of their work and doing things correctly.
Also, they’re on time, pleasant and clean up when their done.

After contacting AirZona to service my A/C they emailed me right away to schedule a time to come over and let me know up front what the service was going to provide, its cost and the name of the serviceman who would contact me.The service on my A/C was top notch because their serviceman repaired some wiring and sealed an open seam in my return air duct that was leaking cool air without any additional charge.
