I have been using Expert HVAC for years and they have always been great ...so Saturday night our A/C goes out (109 outside) and I call the office and within minutes they call back and scheduled me me for the next morning, then Rick showed up and got us fixed and blowing cold in no time .....Thank you Rick ?

The service man Octavio was very nice guy. On time very professional advised me of what maintenance was being done. Also advised that we were using the wrong size filters. Would definitely recommend this company.

Booking was easy and service promptly delivered. They did not charge by the hour, rather charged by the service. Prices are probably comparable to charges by the hour and they give you a choice as to how much you want accomplished.

We initially contacted Howard Air to install an aging AC unit that was still operating just fine. We were replacing the unit because of its age and because we were looking to reduce energy consumption with a newer more energy efficient unit. In 2 years we have had multiple issues with the unit. Howard Air charges to have a technician diagnosis a system they recently installed and insist that it is not uncommon for a new unit to stop working. Our existing unit was 15 years old, and we had never called a technician to repair/service it. In addition, since the installation of the new unit we have seen our energy consumption increase compared to the old unit, this is the amount of electricity we consume as reported by the electric company. This company does not stand by the products they sell. I would not recommend purchasing any product from them.

Howard Air is the BEST company to work with. My service today with David and Rocky couldn’t have been better. They were extremely friendly, polite, courteous and professional. Thank you!!
