I had a flood in my house because a couple of pipes burst so WMF came out very quickly and they were at my home for about five hours to get everything set up. They were good as it can be when your house floods and they came every day until we are satisfied. They were super nice. Everything was great.

Despite some unforeseen delays because of asbestos testing he was able to complete our project in a timely manner. Great prices, great dude 10/10 would use again.

The young man who did our carpets did a great job but it was way too expensive. I had a 1/2 price coupon and it was still $125. for our little trailer. $250. would have been full price and totally rediculous.

This team has been so incredible taking care of pack outs and deliveries. My house flooded and that same day we had a team here helping us manage and move everything in the affected areas. I’ve (unfortunately) had to use EHS on more than one occasion. It was only unfortunate because it means I’ve had multiple mini-disasters in my house. But, they make a bad situation seem better. Their response time is second to none and Brittany is extremely professional and on the ball with scheduling.

They are like a one stop shop taking care of you from mitigation to repairs and clean up. If you have a leak or other catastrophe at your house at least you know you’ll be well taken care of of you use EHS.

I spoke with Bridget and explained the problem and that I was out of the country she went into action. They were at our home within the hour.
Our representative met them at our home, they set up and began the clean up process.
When that was completed and drying was to their approved rate we spoke with Paul and Adam who gave us a competitive quote. Keep in mind we received quotes from 5 different contractors. We choose servpro to do the restoration work and could not have made a better choice. We just got pictures of the completed job and WOW you can not tell that work was ever done. No Patch marks, paint was a perfect match we could not be happier and all was done from 4000 miles away.

Cleaned all my clothes and rugs. I think they are overpriced. My art work looks the same as when they took it. I do not think it was even touched but i sure was charged for it. Backing paper was still water stained. Looks like they just dried it out. I could of left it in this AZ heat to dry it off too. Took 3 months to get things back with multiple calls to get that accomplished.
