This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

From the time I placed my call you had a repaiman here within an hour. Frank, the repairman was very friendly, knowledgeable and started troubleshooting immediately. Frank quickly found the problem, replaced the defective part and the heating system started working. He also took excellent pics of the heating unit in my attic and pointed out potential problem areas to consider. Frank quoted me the prices for the improvements I wanted, which I found very reasonable, and he got right back to work on my unit. In the end everything works great now. Had I used my home warranty company for this repair I would still be waiting for a return call from them and then another week before the problem was even addressed. I've had too many nightmare experiences with them. Thank you, Parker and Sons and specifically Frank for getting heat back in my home on the same day the problem was reported. Highly Trained staff for technical issues relating to boilers and water pressure for high rise buildings or large demand needs

In February my elderly dad's thermostat shorted out and he needed the fuse replaced on his other AC unit and a Google Nest thermostat installed. Because of my work schedule I was not able to get there and do it myself. First, they charged an hour for drive time which I guess they round up to an hour so it is what it is. My problem is they charged my dad for two hours of work to replace a fuse and install the thermostat which for a professional should have taken no more than 30 minutes (being generous), I installed the same model in my apartment. Maybe it would be understandable if the service person took the time to explain how to work the Nest or maybe set it up on my dad's phone but nothing other than the installation. If their rates were decent I wouldn't be complaining but you would think for the price you would get better service. I tried calling and talking to the office manager to no avail, he was unprofessional making every excuse imaginable. It's very sad how a business would take advantage of an elderly person during these extremely tough times. My only option now is to go through the Better Business Bureau.
