The electrician, Justin Driver was fantastic. We had a fairly complicated issue and he diligently worked the issue to full resolution over the course of 3 visits. He was always on time, very friendly and professional on every visit and even helped my move a heavy bed away from a wall for outlet access. I would highly recommend Hobaica and Justin if you have electrical issues in your home.

Please be advised that today Jon Parker and Kevon came to my house to service my water heater and service my plumbing within my house.. Both technicians worked well together and serviced the property. They did find one valve that had seized and fixed the valve quickly and efficiently. I do have a service contract with Goettl and the work was performed without additional cost. I was very happy with the service and would recommend the service and theses men in particular highly.

Great customer service from the beginning! Scheduling made a point to accommodate my schedule. The technician was right on time when I needed him to be there and he troubleshooted the problem with my A/C and had us back up in running quickly. Chris and Mike and the team did an A+ job for us. They gave us our options of replacing the entire unit ( with different models) or replacing the compressor, capicitor, etc, all the while explaining the pros and cons of our options. Very professional with no pressure to make one choice or the other. In a scam-ridden industry, full of charlatans and incompetent bozos, it's refreshing to work with a company you can trust.

Stephen showed up as scheduled, looked proper, used booties to walk in and asked about the issue. He then went on the roof to access the damaged equipment, removed it, told me the plan to get it serviced and advised me he’d call when it was corrected and ready for reinstall.

I was impressed with the work that was conducted by this company. I had 2 experiences. The first time my condensation pipe had a hole in it. At that time he completed a full review of my unit and advised me accordingly , which was this is an old unit and it's going to just stop working eventually. Recommended!
