The dispatcher Shirley was kind and understanding when she called to schedule, and as promised, I received a call letting me know when the technician was on the way. Our service technician, Frisco, was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen and discuss all of the issues and options with us. He was very sympathetic to our situation and did everything he could to get our system up and going again. I am so grateful for the quality service we received during a stressful time. They beat the price of all their competitors for the installation of two new AC systems. However, I had to haggle to get there. The installation was finished within 24 hours of a signed estimate and no mess was left for me to deal with.
