Excellent, timely service!!!! Finally an appliance repair company/technician that gets it done!!!!!

I have used this company for 20 years in both my home in Arcadia and now the Biltmore Estates. They are prompt, very knowledgeable and present you with various options depending on the size of your home as well as your lifestyle. They file the rebate information for you and make the experience as seamless as possible...They had to crane the unit into my yard and did not disrupt the neighborhood at all....Great company and so clean that I never knew they were here........ Everyone I had an interaction with it at Benefit was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
I was impressed with the maintenance service call technician for my first experience, and I eventually had a brand new HVAC system installed by them.
They did a great job on the install and new ductwork in one day with good clean up and excellent communication throughout the process.

Comfort One came highly recommend from a reliable reference. Jonathan was congenial, knowledgeable, informative and I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell unnecessary repairs or services. I will definitely use them ongoing and recommend Comfort One!

I called today to schedule maintenance in which a previous diagnostic service was completed by the company. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told the diagnostic fee I paid a couple months earlier would be applied toward the cost of the maintenance. I was called by a lady from the company a few hours later and told that the gentleman I had spoken to was incorrect and the diagnostic fee would not be applied because 30 days have passed since the diagnostic was completed. I indicated that that had not been communicated when the diagnostic service had been completed and the fee paid. The lady indicated she would speak to her manager and call me back. When the lady called me back, she stated that the manager would not honor the diagnostic fee being applied toward the maintenance cost, nor would she honor the price that I had been quoted several hours earlier from the other employee at the company. Moreover, she stated I now had to pay half the price of the upcoming service in advance. Needless to say I canceled the appointment, as I have no intent of working with a dishonest company that changes policies and procedures based on the conversation at that particular moment.

Our 2 new Trane systems were installed last week by the best 4 man crew. They respected our home, keep us informed about progress, answered all our questions, enjoyed working together and kept a very clean job site! I would highly recommend Howard Air for your AC needs. Entire process was smooth, on time and as promised.

SMW installed our system 5 years ago and has serviced it ever since that time. Jonathan Palermo came out for the most recent service and was wonderful. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. The office sent a reminder text the day before along with the name of the technician. They then called that day to say he was on his way. Our experience over the last 5 years has been stellar.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
