I've used Adams Refrigeration for 10 years for preventative maintenance and two repairs. Every encounter has been great. Our family has used Mountain A/C for maintenance and a few repairs on an old unit. They are always kind and prompt and get the job done quickly and for a very fair price. Well, the unit died in June...hottest day of the year. Mountain A/C got us up and running while we waited for a new unit. Our new A/C was installed within days, right on time! It's a big financial impact when these break, but Mountain A/C, again, is very fair and knowledgeable and gets the job done so we can go about being comfortable in our home when it feels like a billion degrees outside. Highly recommend this company!

Awful experience with this company, stay away! One Hour Air claimed our unit was not under warranty when in fact it was. They wanted to charge us $2300 for a part and refused to call the manufacturer. We called another company and yes all parts and labor are covered. Very shady practices going on in this company .One Hour installed our units 8 years ago. We had been loyal customers since. Beware of this company, they are not trustworthy!
