Used APES for dishwasher installation. The technician showed up on time, removed the old one, installed the new one, and hauled off the old one. He verified and made sure that the dishwasher is working as expected. Great job Rene.

Very quick and responsive. Called for an estimate, rep was out next day, looked at system and recommended a unit based on needs. Didn't try to upsale to something bigger and not needed. Install was set for next day. Was expecting installers in afternoon, they came first thing in the morning. Unexpected but not an issue. Install only took a couple of hours. Very impressed with how quickly they were able to complete the job. The only hiccup was we were supposed to get new grates for our intakes, but the installers weren't provided those. I was told that someone would be back to take care of those.Overall great experience!

Giovanni was great at scheduling our appointment. He explained everything that was going to happen. Like Giovanni said, Jim (the plumber) called 30 minutes before arriving. He was punctual and professional and finished the job before dinner.
