Best Safety Inspection in Phoenix AZ

This was my second time using Penguin. No wonder they're rated so highly online. They've got it down - from the initial phone call to the scheduling, updates on arrival timing, picture of who to expect and some things about him/her, and well-trained technicians. Both guys who have come out have had great manners, communicative, professional, and just plain nice humans. Plus they're not pushy or sales-y they explain the issue well. Super happy with this company.

My 'five star' experience started when Andy Hobaica quickly diagnosed a cooling issue we had for years that no other AC company cared to fully investigate and figure out. We actually had a design issue with our cooling ducts. The quote was competitive, so we selected Hobaica. The install quickly followed where Ethan and Ivan did a phenomenal job installing my two AC units. Everyone went above and beyond at Hobaica Services--it must part of their company culture. I highly recommend Hobaica Services.

Noe and Eddie were superior with manners, they also answered any questions and were very understanding with concerns I may have had. Greatly satisfied. I would love to have them back!

After contacting AirZona to service my A/C they emailed me right away to schedule a time to come over and let me know up front what the service was going to provide, its cost and the name of the serviceman who would contact me.The service on my A/C was top notch because their serviceman repaired some wiring and sealed an open seam in my return air duct that was leaking cool air without any additional charge. AWESOME !! Since my experience with AirZona I have referred them to friends and family who have also used them and were equally impressed.

So prompt I'm astonished. Friendly and well dressed techs.the ladies at the office rock, too, Danielle is who I usually work with and she's professional and courteous. Thanks Jeremy and Bradley!
