I recently had a terrific experience with Amigo. I was in a pinch when another valley company canceled on my wife and I on the last days of our home inspection, and we were advised to speak with Amigo by another reputable local plumber. Nelson was professional and courteous as I explained our need for his services right away. He had his guys show up the very next day to inspect our sewer line. After all inspections were complete, I had Amigo come back out to the house and work on my water heater, drains, and gas lines. Once the work was completed, they walked me through exactly what had been done and all of their work was extremely thorough. I'm very satisfied with my experience with Amigo, they were friendly, professional and very punctual. Their prices were very reasonable as well, I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!

Goettl tech Elvin was simply fabulous. He arrived on time, wore his shoe covers whenever in the house. Did a thorough check of heating system and is having the manufacturer confirm his readings. We had a problem with the AC condensation overflowing into shower, found our primary outflow hose and vacuumed out the hose - it now works. He checked all the reading in the AC Unit on the roof and then replaced the batteries in the smoke alarms.

He communicated with us every step of the way - excellent.

Finally, as we have the Sadie Maintenance Package there was not additional charges. We could not be happier with the service.

Kyler was tech for plumbing. He was great. He also helped to take out and install new dishwasher after changing out all the old, stuck valves and repaired toilet.Jaz was tech for AC check up. Also great and very professional as well.Both guys are a 5 star team.Jaz was back to replace filters for HVAC system. He was quick, friendly and efficient and a pleasure to work with as always.

I’d never heard of American Home Water & Air before this experience, but they just happened to be one of 7 contacts I made for estimates to install the Reme Halo LED due to my husband’s ever increasing allergies. I could not believe that they were about the only company who didn’t say, “Oh, we can’t give you a quote over the phone, one of our technicians has to come out and look at your system first.” AHWA gave me a concise quote over the phone WITHOUT hassle. Samantha was incredibly patient with my week-long contact and multitude of questions. She was also informative about the products, dimensions, warranties, service, and more. We had both the Reme Halo LED and a 5-stage R/O system installed TODAY July 22, 2022. They sent one for the R/O and two for the Reme Halo and each sent a text with tracking when they were on their way. It was a doubly pleasant experience because they showed up within 10 minutes of each other. I love that it was all done same day, same time. We found our forever A/C company!!

Scott was great. I attempted to wire a smart thermostat myself and blew my units transformer in the process. He was able to get out the same day I called and replace the transformer. He also recommended that I replace some old wiring connecting the unit to the thermostat because I was experiencing power lose at the thermostat. I did just that and BOOM, everything powered up as it should. Great experience, thank you Scott!

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.
