I was very disappointed that they promised an install and then didnt bother to check inventory in the week I sweated with no ac. Checked to confirm everything still on and was told yes, only to receive a call one day before install that ac was not in stock and they would update me in 2 weeks. I called another company and had install done the next day. I will not be using American Home Water and Air ever again.

The Google reviews looked to good to be true, but from the moment I called the receptionist to the estimator arriving within 3 days, everything was fantastic, professional, courteous and timely We were able to get a new Trane air conditioning unit installed within about 2 weeks. The installers were also fabulous and extremely polite. Their clean up was meticulous and the system is working wonderfully. I would not hesitate to recommend Proskill Sevices to anyone who needs AC maintenance or new units.

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.

Andrews has a poor service and accounting practices. We frequently have had to replace low quality parts they have brought in and consistently have problems with their accounting department. After speaking with the VP of the company nothing has changed. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for service.
