I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. Not too happy with ACE home services, they've cancelled my last 2 appointments. Stuart, however, has always taken care of our systems like they were his own. If you do use ACE, ask for Stuart as your technician.

Very friendlyJosh found a broken parts rather than purchasing the part he “jury rigged” a part from another.I will purchase the part and replace it myself.We are looking for a new plumbing service… not sure if your business will be the one we choose.Two hours later :Received a call from Parker and son’s management wanted to make things right. We explaining we are not upset with the service agent he was very pleasant. We were expecting him to repair the unit with a new parts.Parker and sons wanted so much to make it right they called and offered to refund us our service fee. I so appreciate this good management practice that I will be considering using them in the future for all my service needs.

I heard about GreenID on the Arizona Midday show so I called them to do an energy audit. They sent Cory who was friendly, honest and trustworthy. He arrived with his name badge/inspection license and logo shirt. Along the way he would stop to show or educate me about something he found. He was very clean and careful not to make a mess. I provided my SRP electric usage history and he plugged that into his audit and prepared a wonderful presentation showing us the top recommendations for saving energy, and reducing dust on furniture. He took over 100 photos to show us the problem areas, so we felt confident what he was telling us is true. I was very thrilled with the energy audit experience and would highly recommend GreenID.

David was our technician, who was terrific in every way. My husband and i want it known that we give him 5 stars , starting at the front door, mask on, he identified himself, and was extremely personable. He was very professional and knows his business. He explained everything he needed to do very well and David knows what he is doing. We asked if we could request him whenever we need service! He said yes. Tommy was very professional and came out same day to inspect old electrical box with a fuse issue. Ultimately didn't need an immediate repair, but was able to put mind at east quickly on of course a 110+ degree day to ensure electrical would work. Will contact T&K again for future needs.

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.
