Brandon and Justin were here for duct cleaning today and did a thorough job while explaining everything they did along the way. Couldn't be happier with their work and the professionalism they exhibited. They were very communicative with their arrival time which was greatly appreciated as well. 1st Choice Mecanical is a wonderful family owned company that really takes care of their customers. After hours and hours of research Comfort Experts quoted us the best quality equipment and price of the 4 quotes I received. Rare to get both in my experience. Thorough and complete install with some of the small things included that others were excluding. Just felt this company were being straight with us from beginning to end. Outdoor unit and furnace were replaced. The installers were all very professional and personable. Guys had a great attitude despite the 100+ degree day outside and that much more in the attic. Wife and myself were really pleased with the whole experience.

Madison did a super job on my new condo's AC. He stuck with it in spite of unforseen issues and made sure all was done properly! I appropriate Howard Air & Madison's workmanship.

Tried calling, they never returned my calls when my ac went out. Thankfully theres plenty of other contractors who want my business.

Wow I don't even know where to begin. I went here last week to get my car's AC fixed and was thrilled to come here after I was quoted a more reasonable price than a commercial company. I ordered parts to get replaced and they said they replace the parts for me. I brought my car in today and unfortunately the parts weren't the right size. I COMPLETELY understand that is not the company's fault as I am the one who ordered the parts. However, what I don't understand is the way I was treated. I dropped my car off around 8 AM and had heard nothing by 1 PM. So I called at 1:24 PM to ask for an update on my car and was told that it had not been taken back yet. Just 27 minutes later, I was called back at 1:51 PM. I answered the phone to an overly aggressive and rude man explaining to me why my car wasn't going to be fixed and that I was still going to be charged. Keep in mind I had not said anything at this point and was being talked down to as if I was inferior and dumb. To reemphasize I completely understand I brought in the wrong part, but I was immediately attacked when I answered the phone. Then I asked if I could speak and explained I understood why the part could not be replaced. But I also made a point that I didn't deserve to be talked to so barbarously. Once I got off the phone I received another call to reiterate to me, yet again, that the part was wrong (as if I was stupid and did not understand that before) and they refused to work on my car since I went off on them. As a woman, apparently I am just supposed to take being talked at as if I am less than and it is outrageous and hysterical for me to stand up for myself. It is 2022, get with it. Women are not lesser than, and should not be treated as so. I can't speak to how they fix cars because they did not fix mine. I can however speak on how they treat people. If you want to be talked to like you are a subordinate, talked over, and insulted, then this is the place to go. Otherwise, I would suggest going somewhere where you will be treated kindly. It is free to be kind to people, I still paid the cost for labor and they still couldn't be courteous.

My AC suddenly stopped working and needed immediate assistance. I called several companies, But Tanner was the first to respond. He came to my residence after-hours and provided me a very reasonable estimate and even arranged to have the replacement done the next day. Additionally, he asked if I needed a cost-free temporary system until the new unit can be installed. The techs came on time and ensured that my system was operational . They helped set-up the wifi thermostat which came with the system. Tanner was available to explain the SEER value and the benefits of a 2-stage compressor.He checked to ensure the unit was in stock and helped to set-up the installation schedule. But more than that, he did follow-ups to ensure that the system was as good as he described. Semper Fi Billing Department also refunded an overpayment without any prompting from me. I would recommend Semper Fi to all who need A/C work.Thanks Tanner and the techs who perform the work.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
