Howard Air repair man was extremely friendly and honest. He explained everything thoroughly before repairing. This is the second time we have used Howard Air and were very happy both times.

I trust George/Air Control completely! I not only use him to service my own home, but I continually refer him to my clients, neighbors and friends. George is extremely honest and has a very high level of integrity. If there is an issue, he'll tell you, but if there isn't, he'll tell you that, too. It's hard to know who you can trust in the a/c-heating business - until you meet George.

Fernando Hernandez from Preferred Air just came to repair and service our unit. One of two units not working for over a week. It is now blowing cold. He spent about 1.5 hours, in and out of this hot Phoenix summer air and got our unit working again. We called on a Friday and Fernando showed ON TIME as assigned, next day, Saturday. Originally, we called our Home Warranty and they assigned a company who took 4 days to show up and three days later we still didn’t have an “approval” answer, no call, or a repair. That’s when I called PREFERRED AIR, from a good recommendation. Pref Air and Fernando are the only AC company we will use from now on. Our units are very old and we will be purchasing 2 new units and installing from them. They are fair priced and excellent service. Thank God for honest people in the business!!!

Howard Air did what they committed to do, and did a top notch job. Out of 3 quotes, they were in the middle for new A/C and gas furnace. However, the scope of work was better defined, and we got a TRANE 4 ton unit. The other 2 companies were brands that I hadn't heard of. The 3 man crew showed up exactly on time, started working, and I don't think they stopped until they got done 7 hrs later. Nice clean setup, answered all my questions, briefed me on the new programmable thermostat. Cleaned up the debris. Never hurried, just very efficient, courteous, and seemed to enjoy what they do. They were great!

I recently had a horrible experience with Fernie's Heating and AC but 'ICON Mechanical' blew them out of the water. After waiting over a month in a half during the hottest time of the year for a part, ICON fixed everything within a week. WOW, not only absolutely professional but they took the time to explain the process and what was exactly wrong. The Technician Rhett was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond (Thanks Rhett)! I work for a well known Fuel Retailer in Arizona and deal with many Vendors daily. Without a doubt I'd suggest ICON Mechanical to join our Team as a Vendor.
