I called George at Air Control after a friend recommended him. I had another company come out and look at my AC unit and they just didn't seem to know what they were doing. George was knowledgeable and friendly and took care of repairs easily and quickly. I wish I could give extra stars to George and his company. Call Air One first and you will be satisfied.

I had a mini-split installed and Preferred Air did a great job. I got several estimates and they were competitive with their price. Maybe more importantly, Daniel Hernandez answered all questions with honesty. Told me what l needed and what l didn’t need (unlike a competitor who wanted to sell things l didn’t need). The were timely with their appointments and left the worksite clean. They answered questions even as they did their work. I highly recommend them and I’m very confident l made the right choice.

Not sure about the companies audit services but salesmen are too aggressive and rude showing up unannounced without appointments which seems extremely unprofessional.

First off all IAM truly and extremely happy a good company like icon exist Erica was very perfesional and kind she called me back same day and told me a technician will be out the next morning. Rhett came out very nice guy took a look and fix the problem in no time didn't try to sell me anything should me the problem. IAM truly blessed of everything this company has done for this City

My experience with Mike and his team were truly professional and very helpful. I have not dealt with another company that goes the extra mile like Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling. I was having serious problems with our air conditioning and thermostat installed by another BIG known company which apparently could not be fixed. Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling fixed it right and helped over the phone to rectify all of the problems. Thanks so much Mike and the team. Mr. and Mrs. M.
