Anthony Trejo from North Valley Mechanical came to my house 8-22-19 and 8-23-19 to fix my AC, he was really friendly,respectful and always explained all the issues and fixed them. I will for sure request them if needed again,and highly recommend this company and Anthony to family and friends ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

George Blitch with Air Control is such an honest person. Not enough ppl are these days. I was told 2 months ago by a technician w George Brazil that my two 2018 AC units weren't amping correctly and wanted to charge me $1500 to attach some device to each unit, but never told me why. This is apparently their sales tactic to up-sell you on things you don't need at all. I didn't agree to their sales pitch and said I would get back w them if I needed to. Then I met George Blitch. He came over, checked out everything, diagnosed an issue w one of my Nest Thermostats not getting power to the base so I'll deal w that but my AC units were amping perfectly and nothing was wrong! He explained everything, acceptable ranges, how many years my units should last me (20 yrs if maintained appropriately) and his maintenance plan is very affordable. Don't hesitate using George Blitch w Air Control!!

4 Guys showed up to my house, each with a friendly smile. They individually took the time to answer all my questions and better yet took interest in me personally. After they left I felt like i not only have a great AC crew but made new friends in the process. I would would recommend them to anyone! THANKS PREFERRED AIR!

Henry with Howard Air came out for a scheduled check on my AC. Henry was very professional and courteous. While providing the service, he explained what he was doing and asked if I had any questions or concerns with the AC. The project was completed in a breeze, no stress and everything met my expectations. It’s the beginning of summer in Arizona and temperatures are starting to rise past 100 degrees and my air conditioning went out at my home. I called Icon Mechanical and they swiftly came to diagnose the problem and fix the unit that same day, along with fixing other issues due to previous AC mechanics. This is by far the most professional and most reliable company I’ve dealt with throughout my 20years of owning my home. Not to mention the best price. Thanks to ICON Mechanical, my long Arizona summer will be as cool as an igloo!

Took them 10 hours to show up, and 2 hours to fix an issue are my apt complex... Meanwhile I was continuously vacuuming waste water that was backing up into my tub and on the floor coming from under the toilet. 12 hours of vacuuming and dumping other people's waste water for 12 hours... No one cared one bit.

Called for over 2 hrs straight never got anyone to pick up the phone... so they deserve a 0 star to be honest. And it was Friday from 1pm to 3pm so it wasn't like I called Friday at 5pm..
