Best Mechanical Systems in Phoenix AZ

Had a large job of replacing all of the ducts and vents throughout the house. The crew showed up at 7am on a Friday morning and stayed until the job was finished at 8:30pm. My job manager stopped by at least twice during the day to make sure everything was going as planned.

Tony was on time, polite, professional, answered all questions and made recommendations, explained options thoroughly, showed photographs of my unit so I didn’t have to take someone’s word or guess what condition it was in. Wonderful experience although I’m spending money. I appreciate the efficiency of proceeding from service call to new install without a huge time delay especially since it means my home will be cooler today instead of next week.

Update; Mario and Chad worked tirelessly and well after dark getting it done. He showed me pictures of everything and it is a top notch job. I very much appreciate their diligence and work ethic and friendly personalities. They are all to be commended.

We had Sun Devil Heating come out yesterday to give our AC unit a tune up (It was functioning fine) due to recent Haboob. When the technician came out (He was two hours late) he stated we needed a new capacitor for which he quoted us $305.00. I told him I would like to call around to try to get the best price (for which I found the part is $8.00). He stated he recommended doing it right now and was annoyed we wanted to call around. After he finally left our AC unit no longer functioned (it wouldn't even turn on) When we called Sun Devil Heating and cooling they stated it wasn't their fault as the tech stated we needed a new part. (Once again it was functioning perfectly fine before they arrived) After we asked if they could please send someone back out to please fix the problem they clearly created, and they said they would for $250.00. We stated we should not be responsible for paying them anything as they clearly broke (disabled) our unit. They refused and then both the main number as well as the technician hung up on us repeatedly. At this point we want nothing to do with this shady company so we are having another reputable company come out today to fix the problems Sun Devil created. We were forced to get a hotel last night as our house reached temps of over 102 degrees. I have NEVER had such bad customer service or been screwed over by a crooked company like this before

They were absolutely the best! I called - in panic mode - and they walked me through resetting my thermostat. I highly recommend doing business with SG Mechanical.

We employed TemperaturePro to troubleshoot an issue of vibrating when our AC ran. The crew got up in the attic and found that the fan had some insulation from the air exchange stuck to the it, causing it to run off balance. What a relief that it only cost the basic fee. The crew was right on time, friendly and professional! Highly recommend TemperaturePro for all your home heating and air conditioning needs!

Our crossflow cooling tower has shown to be a good investment so far. At a plant like the one we run, it’s an essential system. Baikal Mechanical has unanimous respect and appreciation across our board.

Treats their employees like day labors.

Driver on I10 should probably head back to driving class. Driving like a child with something to prove... Also the trucks need mud flaps to prevent rocks from spraying onto windshields. Pretty inconsiderate to drive a six wheeler truck with the majority of the back wheels exposed and no mud flaps

We were having a/c issues so called Prestige Mechanical and Jeremy and out to diagnose the problem. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. We ended up replacing the system and his team was easy to work with. So far the new a/c has been great.

Great group of guys and excellent customer service! Quality and consistency of work was so stellar that that I decided to work for them myself after being a customer for 3 years.

Took them 10 hours to show up, and 2 hours to fix an issue are my apt complex... Meanwhile I was continuously vacuuming waste water that was backing up into my tub and on the floor coming from under the toilet. 12 hours of vacuuming and dumping other people's waste water for 12 hours... No one cared one bit.

Not something that was normal.

Ive had a lot of issues with this company... but the one I cant get passed is.. they didnt set up the common wire to my Nest tstat.. just so when the battery died they could get another dollar charging me for that fix. I fixed it myself.. and found shady HVAC companies do this to scam costumers.

I feel sad to write this review. I like to give people a chance to be professional and do their job. However, this company has not done either of these things. They work through American Home Shield. We have been trying to deal with them now for almost a year because they installed the wrong compressor and all our coolant leaked out. On the second visit, they did end up replacing the coolant, which we paid them to do. However, they said they would not get the right compressor and the one they put in would be fine. My husband also made them fix the pin hole leak and bolt down the compressor at least. Long story short, the third time they were supposed to come was yesterday. They called my number, even though they were supposed to call my husbands number. They left me a message saying that if I didn’t call them back in 15 minutes they would move on. The tech called as well. I was working, but called both places back within 5 minutes, no one answered, so I left messages and texted and called the tech. No answer, no response from him ever. My husband was at our home and had taken the day off work. He also tried to reach them, but they never responded. I have read some other reviews that have said the exact same thing. If American Home Shield assigns this company to you, I highly suggest asking for a different company.
