David Monroe was courteous and communicated what he was going to do every step of the way. He was also quick to change the water heater that was leaking in the garage that also seeped into the third bedroom. What more could you ask for? He got the job done and was friendly.

The technician Josh was very helpful and I could tell he knew his stuff with his explanations of what our system needed. He was very straightforward, offered us options for repair, and even took videos and pictures to assist with the explanations. Hot and cold water valves under the kitchen sink needed to be replaced in the middle of the night. Parker and Sons were the only ones that made themselves available, I called ten companies. Job was done professionally and efficiently.

Scott was great. I attempted to wire a smart thermostat myself and blew my units transformer in the process. He was able to get out the same day I called and replace the transformer. He also recommended that I replace some old wiring connecting the unit to the thermostat because I was experiencing power lose at the thermostat. I did just that and BOOM, everything powered up as it should. Great experience, thank you Scott!

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.

Try to call them up for a appointment to get a estimate first time they screw up the date and set another time and date and once again nobody showed up .I would not recommend them since they can not keep a appointment time and show up and twice I waited at home for nothing

We installed a new garbage disposal last week. Shortly after we tried to run the dishwasher. It of course wouldn't run a full cycle or drain. After many failed attempts on Youtube, we called Urban Appliance Repair. They came out 2 days later. The issue was fixed within 10 minutes and the technician stayed to listen to the dishwasher start. Awesome company, I will be recommending them to all my friends and coworkers.
