Wayne came out to take care of a termite problem at my home. He was professional and knowledgable. I received estimates from other companies before but they were not as thorough with their inspections. Wayne asked a lot more questions and it was obvious he was a seasoned pro. I'll keep my business with Bill's Pest Control.

This company has been sold and it is not what it once was bay any means. We have a contract to treat the termites which we pay in advance for a one year service. I've been trying to get them out to my house for over two months and now they tell me not till the middle of January. Can't believe they are still in business!!! Totally dissatisfied!!!

I have now used Custom Pest twice. They were referred to me by my neighbor and I am glad I made the switch. I have not seen a single bug yet and Johnathan seemed very kind and informative. I definitely recommend using them if your looking for great customer service and results.

Great customer service. Always friendly and get the job done quickly and efficiently. Never an issue with scheduling. Our tech, Kaimen, even sprayed while I was gone and the doggy door was left open, leaving the dogs free to roam out side. Made sure to close the gate and even sent a picture to verify. Great company and great employees.

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying. Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be. Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do. No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank. I highly recommend making an appointment with this team to see how they can help with your pests.
